He refused to book another appointment, and refused to refund me, so I had to have the shop on Main Street in Monroe finish it, which is a much higher quality shop anyway. UPDATE: Now that I have a keloid on my hand due to Edgar Sanchez's bad work, I was instructed to file a complaint against him and the shop; and I have now submitted a complaint with the State of GA to investigate them. Beware of this shop and especially Edgar Sanchez. On 11/14/24, I received fill in color of existing two hearts tattoo on my hand performed by Edgar. When he initially did my hearts tattoo earlier this year, his shop was out of red ink and so I returned months later to see if the color was now available. Truth be told, my initial tats done by him were not stellar and I expressed that to him by showing the original picture. Still allowed him to add the red fill in color and because of his shabby work, he waived the fee and form to complete the service. But I gave him $25 anyway. After 2 weeks, the area did not seem to be healing properly and appeared infected and very sore. On 11/28/24, I returned to the shop to show Edgar the area and he said it was an infection due to that particular ink, and he would help to fix the situation by ordering an ointment to apply to my hand. I texted him on 12/3/24 to inquire if product was ordered and he responded, "let's get some but I don't know where?" I was confused by his message and he then responded sorry wrong person. (IMO, he was responding to perhaps a drug purchase). Told me to pick up at shop on morning of 12/4/24 although the shop does not open until noon (red flag). I went to shop on Thursday, 12/12/24, he said, "oh it didn't arrive and to check back with him." Sent him a text inquiring about the product on Friday, 12/13/24 and he did not respond. As a matter of fact, it appears he blocked me as I called him as well. In the end, I am eating costs to heal my hand which is still infected/sore, and the skin surrounding the tattoo is blue. I had seen previous reviews about him but did decided to give him a chance to perform service on my hand. Even, brought a friend who paid $950 for tats. Terrible experience!!! I came to this shop in early 2018 to get my nose jewelry changed by Holly. She is very sweet and it was a great experience back then so I've always had this place in mind to try out for tattoos. Fast forward to about 5 days ago, my normal tattoo artist at S&S was out so I decided to try No Regrets. Big mistake. I called and made an appointment with Scottie to do a small and simple heart symbol and the letter "Q". We agreed that I would be there in 45 minutes. I showed up on time and he was not there. I waited nearly an hour for him to finally show up. He then asked me to leave the shop, go to the bank, pull cash for him and pay upfront before any tattoo work was done.. even though I know they take card because I paid with my card when holly changed my nose jewelry. Irritated, but I still went to the bank, pulled money for him and came back. I noticed that even after he put his gloves on, he was still touching random things like his phone and earplugs while in the process of doing my tattoo. Gross. Not even 100% sure he washed his hands tbh. The tattoo took about 15 minutes before he finished . Maybe it's the angle in which I was looking at it in the shop that led me to believe it was ok, but once I took the bandage off and looked again at home, I noticed my heart was visibly lopsided. I called the next day and asked Scottie if he could fix it. His response was.. in these exact words : "It's NOT lopsided, and if it is, it's probably slight and won't need to be fixed. There's nothing I can do right now but once it heals up hit me back and we'll see". Are you kidding me??? I can understand if there's nothing you can do until it's healed, that's fine, however, don't argue with me that my tattoo isn't crooked when I'm looking right at it! I'm so upset I wasted $80 on this horrible experience and horrible tattoo. I'll wait until it's healed (hopefully it doesn't get infected, smh), go to Saints & Sinners and have them re-do it PROPERLY. SN: As I've mentioned, I have numerous tattoos, big pieces and small ones, none of which have ever gotten infected ... because I take really really good care of them. If you look closely you'll see that my tattoo from this shop is extremely inflamed. It's very painful but not the sore kinda pain I feel after a normal tattoo. It's different. A piece of my skin with the tattoo has come off at the top left of my "Q" - like if you have a scab and you pick at it until the raw skin underneath is exposed (It's not peeling, a whole chunk of skin and tattoo is missing.) No Regrets was not the experience I had hoped for. As a younger person with no experience with tattoos, I should have done my research better because I believe that I paid too much for a mediocre tattoo. Scott was my artist, and originally wanted me to pay $200, but I ended up paying $150, which was still too much for the result. I wish I would have just walked out when I felt the bad vibes, because Scott, though seemingly experienced, had shaky hands and messed up on a very simple shape. Got some ear piercings here recently, the piercer did a very poor job. None of them were straight, and she gave me ear rings that were so small that the ball ends had sunk completely into the hole. When I tried to get them to fix the situation, I couldn't get a hold of the piercer for a week afterwards, and the shop attendant basically just shruged and said that I had to show up during the 3 hours she would actually be in the shop. I ended up going to a different, much more reputable shop for an assesment, and they told me that the piercings were so poorly done that the best course of action was to remove them entirely, let them heal, and get them done by someone that actually cares about doing their job well. You'd be better off piercing your own ears with a mirrior and sewing needle than going to this shop. read more

This was hands down the best tattoo experience I've ever had! I walked in hoping to be tattooed today and they were able to fit me in between appointments. Christian was super friendly and kept me at ease while I waited for my tattoo to be drawn up. Then tonight, I went back to get a third hole in both lobes, a cartilage, and a conch. If I could give one review I would. I Got my nose pierced in September. First time I went in the Lady wasn't there. I Scheduled my appointment on Facebook so there could've been a miscommunication I understand. But that's not the point of this review. The point is my piercing constantly fell out to the point where if I fell asleep I would have to put a bandaid on it. One day I didn't and it fell out. I went to another piercing shop and he said the Site was swollen, and the piercing never went through all the way. The back of where it is suppose to be has been closed for a while.
