I really appreciate that they use such detailed scanning equipment to help make the whole ortho experience more accurate, faster, and less painful. - Reception has also been great - very organized and professional. Appointments are quickly handled, and requests quickly answered. They even have computer check-in at the front desk so you don't have to wait if the receptionists are on the phone. (For those who have never had the pleasure of wearing braces, one can easily burn through 8 - 10 of these daily.) Going without wearing them for an entire week was not an option: it would simply prolong the tedious process of adult braces. We decided to scope out an orthodontist in the Sydney area. The concierge at our hotel gave us a name of a dentist about eight blocks from our hotel. I must confess I was none too happy spending the first day of my vacation marching the beautiful metropolitan area searching for some mother blooming rubber bands. After a few wrong turns and 40 minutes later we walked into a dental office Down Under. Not where I expected to be on my first day in Australia. We waited, myself very unpatiently, only to find that they did have what we needed. We probed them for an alternative and were sent several blocks further south to Todays Dental. We trudged into their office and waited for some help. The receptionist was a bit confused as to what we needed: obviously this was not a typical request. Initially we were told we would need to see the doctor. I groaned inwardly, calculating the cost of this misstep. About ten minutes later Dr. Theresa Lee greeted us: an irritable wife and her long-suffering husband. We again explained the situation. She asked my husband several questions and briefly looked at his appliance. She smiled and said she would be back shortly. I figured she's thanking the dental gods for the extra ka-ching these two hapless Americans would be bringing. She returned moments later with a bag of the coveted rubber bands. She informed us that they are slightly different than what he had been using; explaining the differences. She handed us her business card and told us that if we have any questions or problems while in Sydney to contact her. She would be "happy to help." No charge. No fee. No hassle. Phew! Thank you, Dr. Lee, for helping us out. You certainly saved our vacation and might have just even saved our marriage!

From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel welcome and well cared for. Dr. Oberoi was exceptional--thorough, professional, and incredibly patient with each of us. He explained everything clearly and took the time to ensure everyone was comfortable and informed throughout their appointments. Personally, I feel like 8 am is way too early to be calling clients unless it's an emergency. I politely let the receptionist know that it was 8 am is a bit early to be calling me. She rudely said ok.. "So are you confirming?" I let her know that "No, I will not be confirming." Clearly my preferences are no concern if early morning rounds were more convenient for the front desk. Jesus, an "apologies" would have been great. Anyway, she then asked if I would like to reschedule and I said no. By this point I pictured having to deal with this woman in the future when making appointments and I definitely was not looking forward to it. I can't even begin to imagine how I would be treated if I experienced issues with my dental work performed there. I responded with a "no thank you." She then said "fabulous" and hung up in my face. Its pretty clear this office doesn't care about customer service or perhaps because I was a new customer they couldn't be bothered. At $195 a pop for a routine cleaning I imagine they're not hurting for cash either. Either way, I would rather take my business elsewhere where I am treated with respect.

After extensive repair work on the bodgy job, I was told by two independent endodontists that the work was more than substandard & both had asked for the name of my surgeon @ smile concepts as they considered reporting his work to the HPCA. Not only was the crown fitted on a tooth that had no root system to support it, the adjoining front tooth was damaged in the process. The damaged root had been packed with cotton wool, it was left inside the root & became so badly infected that I needed to have extensive surgery to remove all that was left of it before it caused any further infection. If I had the money, I'd be taking legal action against this company. Would NOT recommend

My 12yr old daughter has been complaining of pain as her rear molars were trying to come through,…read morehowever this pain became unbearable and not even Panodol AND Nurofen were helping, she couldn't sleep or eat. To make matters worse it is during the COVID 19 Pandemic and on Good Friday! We were desperate to find a dentist available as we could now see a lot of swelling raised up and over her tooth in front (which need to be lasted away for relief) it didn't look good at all. We found Emergency Dentist Sydney, they answered at right away and within 45min we had our daughter there. Dr Oberoi, the nurse and the receptionist were all so caring and reassuring, such a calm appointment that helped keep my daughter calm during the procedure. Thank you to you all there, we cannot thank you enough for being there for us and taking such good care of our daughter especially on a public holiday and during a Pandemic! The relief our daughter felt was huge, she kept asking me if I had written our review as she was extremely thankful for the relief in pain. Finally at 12AM my husband found Emergency Dentist Sydney and booked an appointment for me at 9AM the following morning, which happened to be Easter Sunday. I will admit I was very skeptical and nervous, but was in so much pain that I was willing to try anything. Well...I was VERY pleasantly surprised. Dr Oberoi was my knight in shining armour. He fixed my tooth in less than an hour, we were able to make it to Easter Sunday Mass and enjoyed the most wonderful day in Sydney.
