I was looking at a consultation with a dental surgeon and waiting for a day surgery visit with full anesthetic. As the tooth was beyond repair it was not practical to any temporary fix. So understandably it was continuing to get more painful. I called dr Andrei yesterday to discuss my options. He called me back 2 hours later and offered to take the tooth out on Sunday. He gave me very detailed information on the possible outcomes but gave me confidence that all should go well. So my now broken tooth is gone. The entire process took less than 1 1/2 hrs. Andrei explained every step of the process and even took photos for me to see (im sure this is optional :)). I had a some pain when the locals stops working but after some forte and a few hrs rest I am feeling much better. Hopefully this review will help someone else in a similar position. Thank so much. As I recently ordered a whitening package with them (at home, yet to try - I have just picked the kit up), I was given some tooth moose to bring extra love and care to my teeth. Looking forward to trying the whitening. If you buy an at home tooth whitening system with them, it will last you virtually forever, depending on you. They promise you a free tooth whitening syringe with every dental hygiene appointment bi-annually. They pe-warn you not to drink red wine etc, no dark foods for up to two weeks after each whitening application. The syringes need to be kept in the fridge. Great moulds too. Great goodies for the teeth provided as well. The practice manager is lovely. They had my contact details down incorrectly initially, yet they changed that in a jiffy. I also had my teeth cleaned and some fillings put in, her gentle and precise technique ensured I was not in any discomfort. Lynette is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions and concerns I had. They were even able to take photos of my teeth (the molars at the back) and show me what work needed to be done, this was awesome as I could actually see the difference in what she had done to fix my teeth! The clinic was extremely hygienic and I especially enjoyed the rainforest wallpaper which I appreciated while my teeth were being cleaned.
