I was looking at a consultation with a dental surgeon and waiting for a day surgery visit with full anesthetic. As the tooth was beyond repair it was not practical to any temporary fix. So understandably it was continuing to get more painful. I called dr Andrei yesterday to discuss my options. He called me back 2 hours later and offered to take the tooth out on Sunday. He gave me very detailed information on the possible outcomes but gave me confidence that all should go well. So my now broken tooth is gone. The entire process took less than 1 1/2 hrs. Andrei explained every step of the process and even took photos for me to see (im sure this is optional :)). I had a some pain when the locals stops working but after some forte and a few hrs rest I am feeling much better. Hopefully this review will help someone else in a similar position. Thank so much. Then you can't change the appointment within 24 hours of it, so you're stuck if you didn't read all the terms and conditions. Their bizarre way around this is you have to pay a 200 dollar deposit and come back when you have your physical card, and then getting the refund of the deposit is like getting blood out of a stone. I had half an hour of waiting and waiting as the receptionist was unable to process their claim or refund me, after having gone to their clinic in their advertised opening times three times. This is why I left and asked for my card back, because I don't have the time for that. They then wanted me to come back and sort this out, but they threatened that they would not refund the 200 dollar deposit unless I removed my google review. See the document that they wanted me to sign on google. I said I would not remove the review and I would update it with this conversation and the letter, the owner called me mean and defamatory, kept saying that it was a gift he was trying to give me when the offer is clearly advertised that it is no gap, and they were paid in full by my health fund $325.75, which is HIGHER than they charge non health fund patients. They also advertise themselves on my health fund as a "choice network" dentist, but this is misleading, as they dont remove or reduce the gap on all preventative dental visits, only the first one. This is the first of their many disingenous statements, misleading comments, or bald face lying in their response on google. It is a bizarre place where they take close up pictures of your teeth and show you all minor blemishes completely unnecessarily, in the hope to upsell you to cosmetic dentistry. It is a horrible experience for the patient. They have a reply on google which is completely inaccurate and defamatory. They never once said they would refund the deposit and have no payment at all. The photo evidence is right there in the google review. Please note my health fund paid a total of 325.75, when they offer this for 200 dollars without a health fund. So them saying they gave me a gift again and again is really disingenuous. Their prices are much more expensive than comparable dentists I have been to, and the experience was bizarre, hurtful, stressful, and downright degrading. Also they say they are open until 7pm but they weren't a few times when I tried to sort this out. They called me 3 times when I was at work to try and get me to physically come back to settle the claim, refusing to stay until their advertised opening time. They harassed me, as I said not to contact me again. They threatened me with not refunding the refundable deposit unless I removed the review and they are completely lying about any yelling or slamming the door in their reply. Their door is heavy and is loud on its own. The receptionist agreed I didn't yell. I did not go around the receptionists desk, the letter of their blackmail was right there in front of me, it was shown to me. The owner called me mean for not removing this accurate review, not for yelling or any other defamatory things they have said in their reply. They called me another three times the next day, including twice when I was preparing for an imminent job interview. They like to call multiple times again and again. They wanted my bank account number when the refund was agreed to be processed to the card, and they said it already was. So that part of their reply is completely inaccurate too. The health fund were shocked and will be investigating their disingenuous membership of the choice network, and I will report this experience to AHPRA or other regulators. They called me many things in their google review reply which are simply not true, and it has made me want to consider defamation proceedings. Even minor things like saying they asked for my bank details in person. They said it would be refunded to the card. They blatantly lie to try and cover up what a completely ridiculous situation this was and still is. Thanks for ruining my week.

Then at the end I have to pay for $140 for only the xray, unbelievable. Also the doctor is not very patient when answering my concerns, when cleaning my teeth I could feel he's rushing it but not thoroughly, it hurt me more than when I went to other dentists. Will never go again. Bunch of fake reviews on Google.
