Very unprofessional! They were helping my soon to be ex-wife move and an altercation between my wife's (ALLEGED) lover and I began. One of their crew members jumped in not knowing what the situation was even about and began making threats to go to her car to get her gun and call her "people". None of the ordeal had anything to do with her as she continued to intervene. I asked her to leave and she refused. She said she didn't care it was my house and kept moving items. This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL sorry company I've ever encountered! I scheduled an appointment for three hours that was to start at 9 am. The unprofessional, lazy workers didn't show until 10 am. I called the lady, who states she's the owner, to see if I would be able to get some of my money back to to the tardiness of the workers. She stated NO and stated that their time will start once they make it there. I informed this female that I only had my uhaul until 12. She proceeded to inform me that uhaul will not charge me if the truck is late. Once the workers followed me to the storage room they didn't know how to load my things, mind you I did NOT have very much to move. It took them an hour and a half to load one bedroom suit, a bunk bed, a tv stand, and other miscellaneous stuff. Once it was loaded it took the workers another two hours to unload this same bedroom suit and miscellaneous items. There was an issue with one of my televisions and I informed the workers not to worry about because I didn't feel like going back and forth with anyone. They called the "owner" anyway. She proceeded to come into my apartment and we spoke about the tv. She left stating she had to go to the doctor because she was pregnant. Once the job was finally complete, one of the workers(Shade) stayed that they needed a six digit code. Now it was not stated that the code was needed immediately it was stated to send the code to the owner's number. I went about my day; I returned the truck, went to the front office of my apartment complex and spoke with the manager, then came home to straighten everything out. I was in my apartment no more than FIVE MINUTES when there is a police like banging on my door. I am walking to the door and I hear a female voice yelling, "COME ON MS. HOLIFIELD WE KNOW YOU IN THERE, OPEN THE DOOR!" I open the door and it's the same female from earlier, the "owner" and she says, GIVE ME MY CODE. I'm looking like, oh she's playing. She was breathing hard and she said again, MAN, GIVE ME MY CODE. I was smiling like this has to be a joke. I look out the door and she has the two workers that moved my things earlier(no more than two hours previously). She screaming, talking about I called your daughter's phone and she said that wasn't your phone and all this hoopla. I was trying to tell her the situation, but she cut me off. Then the worker Shade said, "MAN, DON'T NOBODY WANT TO HEAR THA, GIVE HER THE CODE!" So, go through my phone because I just so happen to have screenshot the code from earlier. I give her the code and while she's entering the code in her phone she says, " I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR A MF(said the whole word) to be playing with my money. I'm still smiling because it's all funny to me. After she gets the code, she proceeds to screenshot the picture I had in my phone of the screenshot the code was on. I ATTEMPTED to inform her that it wasn't like what she was thinking and she stopped me in the beginning of speaking and said "DON'T NOBODY WANT TO HEAR SHIT!" After she's finished doing whatever it was she thought she was doing, she proceeds to walk off. Then she says, SHE BETTER HAVE GIVEN ME THAT CODE OR SHE WAS ABOUT TO GET HER ASS WHIPPED! I'm like smiling because she's very entertaining! So, she and her workers are walking down my steps and she's still talking about whooping my ass, lol. I informed her there would be no ass whooping here! She proceeded to be GHETTO, RACHET, UNPROFESSIONAL, IGNORANT and whatever else word goes along with her actions. Talking loud, being disrespectful to my neighbors(whose children were getting in the car), by loud talking, cursing, telling me that's why I'm going through what I'm going through(per the conversation she and I had when she came previously) and so on. I told her be blessed and walked off! THIS IS SOME OF THE WORST, HOT GARBAGE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AWFUL, DISRESPECTFUL, UNEDUCATED, ROGUISH, LOW DOWN, IGNORANT, PILE OF HORSE POOP I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. This is NOT a business this is Hot GARBAGE!...RACHET!...GHETTO! Mess. I hope someone reports them to the Better Business Bureau because they need to be SHUT-DOWN with the moving foolery they CLAIM to offer. :( If you use them, be prepared to spend beaucoup money, to replace your furniture because they WILL damage it, and to look at they azz crack the whole time because they wear pants that fall down every 5seconds. That's why it takes them 2 hours just to move one couch and they tear up your file cabinets, desks, and doors because they too busy holding up their pants with one hand while trying to move your couch with the other. I agree with the other reviewer..They show up late! They have NO idea how to move furniture! They damage your belongings! They damage your house! They look and smell like ghetto HOODLIUMS!! They make you purchase your own rental truck and just throw your stuff in there! Once you have a verbal agreement regarding the restitution of what they damaged, they seek out the elderly and LIE to get money that DOES NOT belong to them or they rightfully deserve! They Try to Conduct high speed chases and threaten you with the police and court of law to get money from you for the bootleg broke-up tore-up job they claim they did professionally.
