We paused the work until our hot tub was closer to arriving and when contacting him to come back, he suddenly expressed difficulty finishing the job. As with any backyard designing, we were trying to figure out our layout and played around with different placements of the hot tub. Julius appeared stressed and expressed how he didn't know if he could finish the job for us because we were changing what he originally signed up for. He started self disclosing personal issues and arguing in our backyard. (Our neighbors told us a few days later how they heard the entire situation).
