I contacted Trevor (owner and contractor who did the job) about my concerns, and he immediately became defensive and even raised his voice. I contacted a different Epoxy company to look at the work, and they confirmed with me that the work was not done correctly and that it was not proper Epoxy. They were the ones who urged me to make a review so that no one else would have to go through what I went through. I now have to spend even more money on a different company who has to fix what Trevor did, and then pay even more money to have proper Epoxy applied on my garage floor. I don't usually leave negative reviews as I try to work things out with people, but at this point, the only remedy is to hire another company to do the same work that should have been done correctly. Regardless of what's been said, I wanted Epoxy floors on my garage, and the garage floor does not have proper Epoxy on it.

We used this company to remodel our master bathroom. We had a tub removed and then replaced our…read moresmall vanity with a larger one. When the vanity was installed, 4 out of the 9 drawers had damage to the face of the drawer due to the screws being drilled in too far, causing the face of the drawer to pucker. We brought this up to Irma and she had this issue corrected. When the new sinks were installed in the vanity a few days later, one of the sinks was leaking, creating a puddle in the cabinet. The water pressure in both sinks was also really low. We brought the leak to Irma's attention and she did have the leak under the sink repaired. The sink then continued to leak which resulted in a second repair, which then finally resolved the leaking situation. Shortly after, I asked her about why the water pressure was so low since the new faucets had been installed. She sent Justin out to check them, but he wasn't able to pinpoint the issue. I don't like to be a nag so I thought we could just live with it, accepting our water pressure would be reduced permanently. A couple weeks later I reached out again, bc the water pressure was so bad it really made the sinks pretty unusable for typical bathroom activities like washing your face, taking off make up, my husband trimming his beard, etc. Irma came out to check the water pressure herself and gave some sort of explanation that when they switched the plumbing around from a tub to a sink, that must be the reason for the decreased water pressure. Again I was disappointed that she didn't offer any solution and I didn't want to be a nag, so we weee going To try to just live with it. After several months, my husband and I consulted a friend who is a plumber to ask about how our water pressure is all Of the sudden gone, when we previously had very good pressure in the same bathroom at both sinks. He said the explanation we were given by Irma didn't make any sense and recommended I reach out to her one more time and push a little harder since the water pressure was fine prior to the remodel. So I text Irma a third time... She sent Justin over to come check the water pressure from the wall after removing the new faucets they installed, and realized that our water pressure was fine but the faucets we purchased from Amazon were the reason for the issue. She said that if I purchase new faucets, she would charge me $200 for the install on the new faucets. I told her that I was disappointed in this resolution bc if she taken my complaints about the water pressure seriously the first or second time I brought the issue ot her attention and actually investigated the issue then, we could have found out it was the new faucets creating the issue and exchanged them at no additional cost. I also mentioned that she had recommended that I purchase the faucets on Amazon, rather than an actual hardware store. Her response was that I didn't buy the exact one that she had sent a link to in our text message. However when she had sent that message about finding faucets on Amazon, she made it very clear the faucet she had attached a link to was just an idea or option, that I could pick out whatever look I wanted... so It was disturbing to me that she ended up using the fact I didn't purchase that exact faucet against me to excuse her company's mistake in not actually addressing the water pressure issue in a timely manner after I had brought it to her attention several times. Overall, we do like the look of the vanity in the end but it seemed like a lot of mess ups along the way between the puckered drawer faces on the vanity, the leak in one of the sinks and the annoying water pressure drop... I am leaving 3 stars bc paying over $5k to have a "pretty" bathroom vanity with sinks that only offer a slight trickle of water from each faucet is unacceptable, especially given that it hinders the main function of a bathroom vanity which is to use the sink...
