So now my 20% reduction in fee is in place so I called to pay, imagine my surprise when they can't do one lump sum it has to be four separate billings. He says repeat my number four separate times, expiration date four separate times and card Security code four different times. Imagine my surprise when I ask him to write it down on a piece of paper so I don't have to repeat it four separate times and he says, "we don't have any paper in this office". Where are the people with common sense? The world has defeated me today.
