She takes time with you and doesn't rush you out of the room. She explains medical words in plain language so you can easily understand your health. She answers all your questions and checks if you need more details before you leave. She's very helpful answering all your questions and she shows genuine care for you. She prints out your after visit summary of the day, which is very helpful if you have forgotten some of what she has explained or recommended for you to do. Her nurse assistant Wendy is equally helpful finding out what your issues are so she can tell Kristi. She also shows genuine care for you.

If you are getting pain med that are a controlled substance blame the lawsuit because it must be tightly controlled. I had a kidney transplant and cant have NSAIDS. I cant work on narcotics. They did the right thing and read it off an MRI and xray and went to the source of the pain. And yes, they are looking to go after nerves because that is where the pain is.

Professional staff did intake, questions, BP/temp etc, and swabbed my throat. She was friendly, efficient, professional and caring. The APRN, Stephanie, came in ,examined me, ordered more tests and talked with me about symptoms. All of this was in the first 20 minutes or less I was there. I found every staff person to be professional, knowledgeable, kind, and caring. There was no rushing me. They took their time to assess my health status. They discussed treatment with me and proceeded to order medication. I was probably there less than an hour and some of that was just waiting for test results.
