Nick and Ameen are fantastic people! They've been working on my family's cars for years. When my…read moregrandparent's were alive, they worked on their vehicles and to this day, both my parents and I still take our vehicles in to have work done. Not only are these two gentlemen honest, but they use the best materials around and change you a reasonable price to ensure your vehicle is running smoothly. Nick and Ameen do their best to squeeze you in for big-time issues despite how busy they may be. Having taken my car to other neighborhood establishments before, I can tell you with absolute certainty that First Class Auto treats their customers like gold. Therefore, despite my move to the suburbs 2 years ago, I travel back to the city to have all of my vehicle repairs done, and I recommend that anyone traveling in the area do the same. Cheers to this business and its employees! Best, Lauren A.

Bridget Insley I…read morewould give them more stars if that was an option. I have taken my cars to them for 20+ years, and they have ALWAYS done great work. I had a small accident a few years ago and needed the back bumper replaced after being rear ended. It happened right in front of a body shop that my sister said was unbelievable, so I reluctantly left my car with the other body shop since I couldn't drive with the bumper hanging off. ENORMOUS MISTAKE. BELAIR is honest and their service is excellent. I was absolutely disgusted by what I had to go through with that other place, and pressured to say a few things were part of the accident knowing full well that they were not. BELAIR thoroughly explains everything, they are honest about repairs needed and their work is perfection. I will never take a car anywhere else and I continually tell everyone what a great shop they are, and that their work is amazing. Don't hesitate to choose them if you are in an accident. You will never go anywhere else after you use them. I don't know if I have ever stopped to write a review before, but BELAIR is THAT MUCH BETTER THAN ANYWHERE ELSE.

I got estimates from two different places: a dealership and a franchise auto repair shop. The dealership's quote was four times higher than what Quick Stop suggested. I called and explained that I had a P052E code related to the PCV valve/intake assembly. After I gave him the make, model, and year of my vehicle, Ronnie suggested I contact the dealership first to check if the repair might still be covered under warranty. I really appreciated how thoughtful and honest that was--he easily could have had me come in and pay out of pocket. I followed his advice, and sure enough, the repair was fully covered under warranty. I was extremely grateful for that. I do have a few other repairs that need to be done, and I will definitely be going back to Ronnie for those instead of the dealership. That will be a first for me, as I've only ever gone to a Mercedes dealer in the past. Ronnie is highly recommended! I will definitely give an update once the repairs are done.

We bought it over to Joe and it was literally 1/3 the price and the car ran for another five years. Great to have such an honest and reliable mechanic. Thanks, Joe.
