Claude will tell you exactly what needs to be done, and never tries to sell you services or parts that are unnecessary. His prices are very competitive and we never question our invoices. On a recent "emergency" call, Claude came out on his way home from a very long day on the road. He immediately diagnosed a leak from the AC unit in the attic, but spent a good deal of time chasing down a less obvious bigger issue, and was determined to find out the source of a second leak. So thorough! Fixed the immediate issue, but had to come back at a scheduled date to solve the broader issue. A great example of not only his expertise, but his thoroughness as well. Highly recommend for your plumbing and HVAC needs!
