They have spoiled our whole trip plan of Dubai and then India due to their mistake and on top of that they are not refunding back our Dubai package money.(We couldn't been to Dubai even). I don't get why all the bad reviews, maybe I had a lucky day. Or maybe because I booked it at 10am. But a very hot day. The ferry itself was clean and ran on time. Great views of the skyline and Lady Liberty from the water, definitely a photo op moment. I got off at Liberty Island first. The museum there is actually pretty cool and way more modern than I expected. Didn't go up to the crown because those tickets sell out fast but walking around the island was still worth it, getting those photo opportunities. Ellis Island was the surprise highlight. The immigration museum is massive and way more emotional than I thought it'd be. There's just something about seeing the old registry books and photos especially having immigrant parents whose family members came thru there. A solid experience and being a part of a big piece of American history. Highly recommend.
