NJAE Financial Management was established by Nelson Aguirres, a financial accountant with 6+ years of experience and a current CPA candidate. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Management from Westfield State University, Nelson gained experience in nonprofit, corporate finance & accounting, and public accounting, building strong skills in month-end close, financial statements reporting, and complex financial clean-ups. He launched NJAE Financial Management after seeing how many businesses struggled with disorganized accounting, late reports, and little guidance. The firm was created to give contractors, real estate professionals, law firms, insurance agencies, and businesses accurate financial books, clear financials, and proactive advice. Today, NJAE Financial Management focuses on helping clients increase gross margin, reduce costs, and fully understand their financial statements so they can make confident decisions and grow with clarity.

I’m Nelson Aguirres, the owner of NJAE Financial Management. With 6+ years of experience in nonprofit, corporate finance/accounting, and public accounting, I’ve built a strong foundation in monthly accounting cycles, financial statements reporting, advisory, and multi-year clean-ups. After earning my bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Management and becoming a CPA candidate, I saw how many businesses struggled with their accounting set-up, financial books, financial reports, and limited financial guidance. I started NJAE to provide businesses with reliable, organized, and easy-to-understand financials they can trust. My focus is helping clients improve cash flow, increase profit, reduce costs, and gain full clarity of their operation. I’m committed to being responsive, detail-oriented, and delivering high-quality work, whether on-site or remote. My goal is simple: to give every client the level of financial support needed to grow confidently and sustainably.
