Mike, Joe, Charlie, and their whole crew renovated both bathrooms and converted our sunroom into a space we now can't imagine living without. From the very first estimate to the final walk-through, communication was outstanding. Any question we had (no matter how small), Mike, Joe, or Charlie answered immediately and patiently--always with a smile and total reassurance. They take immense pride in their work, caught details we never would have considered, and offered suggestions that took everything to the next level. They started right on time and finished in under 6 weeks (would've been even quicker if our windows and vanities hadn't been delayed by the suppliers). The craftsmanship is flawless--every time I walk by the sunroom or step into one of the bathrooms I'm still in awe. It's honestly a work of art. By the end we were genuinely sad to see them leave. They'd become part of our daily routine, and saying goodbye felt like saying goodbye to family. We miss having them around! We completely and happily ditched our tub for a Contemporary and seamless shower. And with the suggestion of our last Bathroom contractors, Mr. Awesome would make it happen. He ONLY does glass doors. And that's it. The truth of the matter is- Mr. Awesome isn't a jack-of-all-trades. And that's fine by me. Because at least I know, his main and only focus is on Glass. But damn he's good...Better than good! Attention to detail is what he does best. Came over and gave my husband and I an estimate along with precise measurements. Installation took place on his second visit (along with his assistant). And if I remember correctly, in a matter of a couple of hours, Mr. Awesome further transformed our bath into a modern spa-like retreat...right at home. Though pricier, the frameless system we went for, gave our Bath a gorgeous end result. Currently? Our Shower is sleek and everything was properly installed. Cost? Almost $2000 but well worth it!!!

To begin with, the owner was unable to address simple questions through email so that we could ensure we were getting the right hardware and handle options. I tried calling to make things easier, but then communication via random text messages started, and I had to follow up several times to know what was going on with our order. The day of the installation, I showed the installer the bathroom and when I came back upstairs to check on progress, they had already entered another bathroom and drilled halls in the wrong shower! They tried to fill the holes so that I wouldn't notice, but didn't do a good job so I noticed immediately after they left and had to do additional repairs myself. I tried informing the owner, but he clearly wasn't listening to me on the phone and was just ready to receive my credit card payment. After installation, we waited the recommended 24 hours to use our shower, but it immediately began leaking a significant amount of water. I contacted the owner to request a fix, and no response. I didn't think a simple job could go so wrong. Go somewhere else where you can find good customer service and quality installation.
