The appointment was for December 24th. They called and cancelled it and rescheduled for December 31st without any regard for my time. Then, one day before the rescheduled appointment, they called again and cancelled -- for the second time. No apology, no solution, nothing. To make matters worse, the receptionist was unbelievably rude. When I asked to speak to a manager, she deliberately put me on hold for an extended period, came back on the line, and then hung up on me. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. When you arrive downstairs, call from your car and check in with the front desk. Nadine will let you know if it's ok to come and sit in the waiting area. This area is very small, they have only 8/10 seats in the front. Plus 4 examining rooms around back. Only one person at a time getting worked on, with a hygienist and a Dr. Doctor Alyssa Levintov tended to me, but I think that they rotate at different locations. Yes, one has to fill out paperwork out front and plus they take your temperature in the waiting area. I felt very safe with all the measures that is adhered to here. Even sanitizing all equipment and wrapping up before and afterwards. Never really minded going to a dentist before or especially now.

I went here just for a routine cleaning (I go every 6 months) and they advised me I needed numerous cavities refilled. I thought ok you're the professional so I'll go with it. I returned to have 3 cavities refilled. The doctor came in, didn't even introduce himself, refilled my cavities within 5 minutes and that was it. I went home and had excruciating pain, called back and they got me in with another dentist and said now I needed a root canal and while attempting to do that his instrument broke of in my tooth which he left it there to be removed by an endodontist. Now it's been over three months, an excruciating infection from his instrument being left in my tooth, 12 visits to the endodontist with follow ups to my original dentist, $2500 later, horrific pain, and numerous phone calls to this dental office to get reimbursed for their mistake. Both my endodontist as well as my original dentist both said the dentist from this office went way to close to my nerve and I didn't even need any of those cavities refilled. They reimbursed my insurance as well as my office visit thinking that should be enough to correct there mistake and unfortunately it's not. I shouldn't have to pay $2500 out of my pocket because they tried to bill me for things I didn't need. Horrible customer service. I absolutely do not recommend this office.
