In that email, he also accused us of not paying him for his services, which we paid in May and have a copy of the check he deposited. Rich Nitzkowski takes no responsibility and passes blame without research. Moreover, the owner, Rich Nitzkowski had the audacity to state that a prior lawsuit we were involved in was arbitrary and that he thought we would sue him if he didn't pay the bill to the state tax board. For context, I am a 100% service connected vet with PTSD and have an internationally certified service animal. The lawsuit was an Americans with disability act lawsuit in which I was denied rideshare transportation because of a service animal. Shame on Rich for considering that arbitrary. I learned about EAs from a community whatsapp and went in search of one. After looking for several weeks and reaching out to a few, it was Phuong's rapid response (by email and phone) and his kind demeanor that helped make my decision. Overall, working with Phuong was straightforward. After agreeing on an estimated cost, Phuong invited me to a secure portal to upload all of my documents. Alongside, Phuong provided a checklist to help guide all of the files/info that you should consider uploading. This was very efficient and helped expedite the process.
