TCM Law Group and Thomas C. Michaelides…read more As Matthew Hancock, a Nevada Supreme Court Appellant and Mr. Michaelides as the Respondent in Case No. 90428, District Court Case No. A-23-883566-C; I strongly advise against hiring TCM Law Group and Thomas Michaelides based on my deeply troubling experience. During my legal case involving an FBI confidential informant (who was also Michaelides' client), my attorney failed to secure promised legal protections despite explicit instructions. He neglected crucial responsibilities including: - Withholding exculpatory evidence - Ignoring urgent requests to file motions for bail and record sealing - Failing to counter false media narratives that endangered my family - Disregarding serious threats to my children's safety - Mishandling conflicts of interest with his other client (the informant) This isn't isolated misconduct. The Nevada Supreme Court has disciplined Michaelides for ethical violations including: - Failing to disclose misrepresentations to the court - Neglecting client communications - Filing false affidavits regarding his suspension -Complacency in forging a Judge's signature His actions caused significant harm to my case while putting my family at risk. On this Memorial Day, I'm reminded that justice sometimes requires fighting with truth rather than weapons. My Supreme Court appeal continues this battle. If you value your freedom and well-being, NEVER hire TCM Law Group or Thomas Michaelides.

From the initial contact, the representative from Rai's was professional, responsive, and understanding. The circumstances were extremely challenging, with unexpected obstacles arising at the facility. The notary handled the entire situation with remarkable patience, calm, and unwavering professionalism. During what was a true crisis moment for my family, she went far, far beyond what any standard service would require, demonstrating incredible dedication to helping us navigate a difficult bureaucratic process. Her ability to remain focused and helpful under pressure was invaluable. If you need a notary who is not only reliable and knowledgeable but also compassionate and willing to go the extra mile, especially in complex or stressful situations, I cannot recommend Rai's Mobile Notary highly enough. The notary is a true professional and an absolute lifesaver. Thank you!

I hired him because I had an urgent matter. Biggest mistake. He subcontracts actual notaries in your area, pays them a minimum amount, and screws them over also. He strung me along for days and after telling me he would get the form signed within a few days. He never produced the signed documents and ignored my request for refund. I had to fight him through my CC, which was a hassle, I guess because he's a pro scammer. DO NOT HIRE HIM. DO NOT PAY. FIND A LOCAL NOTARY AT UPS, WHITE PAGES. THEY ARE RELIABLE.

I rarely take the time to write a review, but S&S is definitely worth it…read more My wife and I were initially just looking to replace LegalZoom for our consulting company, and we knew that would be pretty boilerplate for most attorneys. But in time, we also needed to expand into what I figured would be three other small entities, one of which to be a charity. Greg gave excellent advice on how best to set it up and why it could function with one less entity than I figured. The charity required either his office doing the initial registration work or my doing it myself, to which he was ready to provide advice on where to go, what papers to file, etc without charging me for that part. Ultimately I decided to have his people handle the whole scope which required a decent flat fee up front, but that was to "bake in" all the overhead expected to the point where the charity was finally in place -- and that's exactly what happened. In spite of there being some bumps in the road toward getting the 501(c)(3) status, Greg never charged us for anything unexpected that fit within that original scope. Moreover, I always felt like I could get ahold of Greg when it was important and he was always happy to go over details with me that I might have trouble understanding. The staff was always friendly and pleasant, and there's a couple times we had to connect outside business hours to deal with a situation. While I'm sure they have much bigger clients than us, I've always felt we were a priority. Needless to say, I've been very thankful for their help and can't thank them enough for it.
