However once we got home we had been charged. We tried to contact them many times which was difficult in itself as there isn't a phone number online. Disgraceful disgusting service as the manager was repeatedly not around to speak to either us or to Booking.com. This is just not acceptable on any level.We would have even been satisfied with them offering to honour our rooms for another trip. But nothing.  This has to be the worst service I have ever received and I am genuinely devastated as this would have paid for a trip away with the family and I won't now be able to take them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND BOOKING.COM TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS ATROCITY!

This place is great for wine experts and novices alike - if you don't quite know the kind of wine you like you can try a few 0,1 glasses or ask the waiters what they'd recommend.
