    Updated review: Since my original review (see below) I gave them 3 stars but after having gone back…read moreand forth via email with the owner, I've decided to give them the benefit of the doubt on the two issues I had. The owner personally vacuumed the bugs out himself and also installed a new shield where the broken one was . There was a lack of communication, they thought I was another customer, but all in all I am happy with the purchase and with Derek. Once we return for our oil change I can further update my review to hopefully 5 stars. The one thing I still don't really agree with is the hundred dollar deductible if something goes wrong in the first 30 days I bought my car elsewhere and I didn't have that stipulation. Perhaps it's something new But I would think if something was wrong with your car within 30 days they would be happy to fix it without having a deductible. I raised it to 4 stars for the effort the owner Derek made to rectify the problems. Thank you. ORIGINAL REVIEW Read the reviews, decided to definitely buy a car here based on positive reviews. Chose a car, asked that Two small things be done. 1. Vacuum bugs out of back window area and 2. Repair the cracked rain shield on the drivers door. They did neither upon pickup. I was told they would have to buy 4 rain shields because they come as 4. But they would see what they could do. One on the other side is falling off too. I looked on Walmarts website and they are under $40 for 4. Was also asked to sign off that if I have to bring the car in for anything at all, even within the first 30 days, that I would be charged a $100 deductible fee. I also purchased the $1200 extra warrantee that they just added on at signing.

Trustworthy and professional. We took the car in for inspection and found that the compressor and condenser for the A/C failed. Emailed Eric immediately. He got back to us right away, told my husband they would order the compressor/condenser and replace it. Parts should be in next week. How many dealerships, wholesalers, would stand behind their reputation? This is the only one we know of. Would absolutely go back and purchase another vehicle. Highly recommend. Thank you Derek and Eric for being honest and not the typical "car salesman" mentality. Great customer service!!! Trustworthy, no hassle.

    My daughter and son in-law had problems with their vehicle that broke down, the vehicle was over…read moreconsuming oil, they were told to get a complete oil change and continue to drive it until the oil light came on, to witch it flickered on slightly then it shut off and Brandon told them to drive it until the oil light stayed on continuously to witch the oil light never did yet the engine light came on.well while on vacation they broke down and took the vehicle back to Bourne's because they have a warranty, well the warranty did not cover the engine problem with the over consumption of oil, the service manager Brandon Wright was totally disrespectful and unprofessional to those who called concerning the repairs on the vehicle, they were ill advised to drive around in a vehicle that could potentially cause harm to precious cargo, my children.. and for them to get a rental was like pulling teeth because they were informed that all 30 of their rental cars were being rented out, it took someone else to call the general manager to get them involved and get a rental, now as we speak my son in-law is being told that they will be charged to clear a code??! In my experience with real auto mechanics they never charge to clear a code because real mechanics want to make sure it's not something that has gone faulty... I was going to go to Bourne's to get a newer vehicle for myself because I was told how good they are yet seeing how dishonest the service manager is and how disrespectful to my children and sister in-law because she was the co-signer for the vehicle and knowing that the vehicle was consuming to much oil he should of investigated further to diagnose a problem instead of having them drive in my opinion a death trap.     These people are liars and theives. The finance guy sold us a warranty. Specially said it even…read morecovers the radio. We brought the car in for service, one complaint was the radio. Guess what? Not covered. None of our complaints were covered. Also he told us "we have a bunch of loaner cars. Then it was " well...all of our loaner cars are tied up". When we purchased the care it took them WEEKS to correct an oil leak. Seriously....go somewhere else.
