Everything in the other reviews holds true - there is 1 server who is doing everything outside of the kitchen, and she's very good at juggling multiple customers. We each got the Heartbreaker with fries, and both joined the Clean Plate Club. SUPER messy, but SUPER delicious. The fries were super crispy (a BIT too salty for me) and flavorful. It is a bit on the pricier side - $14 each for the Heartbreakers, but we also recognize that all the ingredients come from local sources and companies. The fries are only $3 for a good-sized portion, which is nice. I wouldn't have minded some AC, as it was a pretty hot day. But that's minor. If you're in the area and like burgers, check it out!!

I specifically chose this dish for the blue cheese pairing, but it arrived with almost no cheese at all. * Missing Ingredients: I found maybe two tiny crumbles in the entire container. If it were just sold as a "Wicked Steak Salad" without the blue cheese in the name, it would be accurate--but I ordered it specifically for the combo. * Lack of Evidence: As you can see in the photo I've attached, there is zero sign of blue cheese throughout the greens or on the steak. * Poor Service Response: When I called to let them know, I was told the cheese "must have melted into the steak." Looking at the picture, the steak clearly isn't hot enough to have vaporized the cheese. I'm disappointed that instead of acknowledging a simple kitchen error, the staff treated me like I was seeing things. I hate leaving negative reviews for places I previously liked, but being treated like you're crazy when you're just trying to provide helpful feedback is not cool.
