Stopped by for a beard trim. Paul was my barber and did a fantastic job! Will absolutely be coming back. Haven't been to a barber in 30+ years, but that's going to change. Thanks for running a top notch local shop. read more

Good shop to get a cut. Attentive to my wants in a haircut. Friendly service. Tito's an excellent barber, Especially to put up with my high demand to my OCD read more

My son has been getting his hair cut here for almost 3 years! He has loved every cut that he has received. He even goes in with a special design each time and the barber never fails to come through!! We have had cuts by all the barbers in there, but he especially enjoys Cameron cutting his hair. The price is worth the time and effort that the barbers out in to the haircut. Be sure to make an appointment or you risk waiting for a little while longer than you may think. read more

Best place in solano county for a haircut... the barbers are hella cute too so that's a plus

Nino's Cut and Shave is a necessity to the Gentlemen's monthly routine. I live in Woodland Ca and settled with the hipster hairdresser at Great Clips. Bad idea. Very rushed haircuts and inconsistent styling every time. So I decided to venture out. In my search for a barbershop that wouldn't just "line me up" I stumbled upon Nino's Facebook. Every haircut showed on their FB page was consistent, clean and fashionable. I decided to drive the distance and check it out. It was everything I was looking for. Niño is personable and knows what will look good but remembers what you've had done in the past. Do yourself a favor and get your haircut at here now. read more

Nino's, ha. Should be called nono's. I went in yesterday for a hair cut and my barber botched my haircut. I have no idea how the hell something like this happens. Asked for a 1 on the back and sides with squared back and sides. I get that. Check. Now for the top, I tell him I wake up and brush my hair and go. No gel or water, no nothing. He says okay. It looks fine, then he tells me that the back needs to be cut and I say it looks fine as is and he says " no no it needs to be cut " and I give in and I say go for it. He certainly went for it. I've been to this place only 3 times and the third time was definitely a charm, if I could rate it no stars I would. Do not advise if you like you hair. read more

This place is popular and does a great job with my boy's haircuts. Definitely call ahead, I don't think we've ever been able to get a walk-in cut. Located right downtown across from the Police Station. There is usually plenty of street parking nearby. read more

I was so nervous about getting the back of my head shaved! I've always had long, thick hair and I decided to get an undercut on a whim. I am so happy I called Nino's, and booked my appointment with Cameron. I got it done about a month ago, and just went back to freshen the cut with a new design. I get compliments all day long at work! Amazing quality work from a barber/artist at very affordable prices. Also, the atmosphere in the shop is really chill and everyone is welcome. I've seen all ages in there getting great haircuts. read more

Today I took my boys to get a haircut at Ninos and I wasn't disappointed! Camron did their hair and it looks fantastic! We use to take them to Supercuts and they butchered their hair :( I will be a loyal capstones to Ninos from now on and highly recommend them to everyone! read more

Very impressive barber shop. Dillon cut my 11 year old son's hair, and he was very friendly and professional. They do an absolute fabulous job at Nino's Cut and Shave. read more

These guys do great work! I've had my haircut by most of the barbers and seen the work of the guys who haven't cut my hair and they all are on point!! I've been coming here for years and will continue to keep supporting Nino and his barbers. I hate having to wait an hour and a half to get a haircut so I love that you can make appointments here. It makes everything so smoothe. Plus the guys are pretty cool and fun to joke with. They really make you feel comfortable here, I will always be a customer of Nino's cut and shave. read more

I was a regular at Anthony's Barbershop in Sacramento but I was in need for an appointment for a straight razor shave on the day of my wedding. Nino hooked it up and Cory did a great job on my shave. I was so impressed that I went back there a month later to get a cut. The guys remembered me from the time before and asked about my wedding and honeymoon. After the cut, Cory finished it off by cleaning around my ears and neck with a straight razor and hot shave lather. He ended the cut by placing a hot towel over my head and styling my new do. Great place and I love that it's a local spot where I can go. Only $14 too which was great. I will continue to give them my business and I will recommend them to anyone who needs a cut. read more

First off I was not overwhelmed by my first cut here a couple of months ago, but was determined to give them a second shot since I work locally. Secondly - they charge $4 more for an appointment than for a walk-in, which shows a complete ignorance of basic economics, but they justify it by saying you will not have to wait around. Well, despite all this I made an appointment. I showed up for the same guy as my first visit to give him a chance and was told I'd have to wait! What? So, I gave them 5 minutes, and he didn't seem even close to being ready for me, and showed no concern or urgency whatsoever. There are plenty of options in Dixon so I won't be giving Nino's a third shot! read more

Nino has been cutting my hair for nearly 3 years and I would t trust anyone else. He crushes it. You can't wall out of there without looking super-fly. Moved to Dixon a year ago. I continued to drive to Sacramento getting my haircut. I decided to keep my money local and to find a place. I was Referred to Nino from a friend and very glad I did. It's a cool shop with friendly staff. Nino cuts hair awesome and is a down to earth guy that takes time to understand what kind of cut you want. Been three or four times and the cut gets better each time. read more

I was extremely pleased to stop by Nino's Cut & Shave Barbershop. Nino is extremely friendly and professional. It felt like I was going to him for long years due to his exceptional customer service and positive attitude. He definitely cares a lot about his customers. I'll definitely be stopping by more often in the future. I started getting my haircuts through Eddie. He's another Artist Barber. He's super friendly, professional, and, punctual. Thanks a lot Nino and Eddie :) read more

If Yelp would let me use 0-star rating I would here. This review comes a bit late it's my step father's experience this past summer (2017). He is a senior citizen and (of Spanish descent). My mother wanted to take him to a local barbershop in hopes of getting a more one on one experience that usually a shop such as this "Should" provide. My mother even made an appointment. So he shows up for the assigned appointment on time was told to have a seat and was ignored for the next hour. Not only are you charged more for an "appointment" he was never kept updated as to why the delay, just chatter from everyone. So here are my thoughts if this is how you treat your seniors I feel bad for seniors around you. I can't even begin to speak on a haircut because he never got one he finally got up asked when was he to be seen and ended up walking out. As a resident of Dixon and have owned a local business here this is not how you treat folks!!!! Young and trendy you may be but one day you too will be a senior hopefully you won't be treated like this. read more

Can't say enough good things about this barber. I have a special needs son with autism. I called Nino to ask if he could accommodate my 5 year old with autism. He was super nice on the phone and made me feel comfortable with booking with him. He's worked with special needs kids before. From the minute we walked in Nino was so understanding of the needs my son had. Especially due to noise and being sensitive to loud sounds. He allowed my son to listen to how quiet the clippers were, he was able to touch them as well. Nino explained everything to him every step of the way. He even turned on nick jr on the tv for him. Hands down the most caring hair dresser/barber my son has ever had. He got a great haircut too. Nino cuts my oldest sons hair as well. Always an amazing job for him too! Thank you Nino, we will be back! read more

So obviously I don't get my hair cut here because I'm a girl but my boyfriend has been getting his hair cut by nino for forever, so glad he finally has a shop! This place has the coolest old school feel! They do hair cuts, line ups and even straight razors, all for a great price. I even got my dad hooked on this place. Ninos the man, Corey knows what he's doing! They're all so polite, great place for the guys, give it a go! read more

Best barber shop around! I drive from Vacaville twice a month for a hair cut here. Talented barbers, great service, competitive pricing and just a cool place to hangout. Nino is one chill cat. Always has a smile on his face and takes the extra time to make sure your looking great. read more

I am staying in Dixon for just a few months and needed a place to get a haircut, I could not have found a better place than Nino's. Nino was my barber and he took the time to make sure he knew exactly how I wanted my hair cut before he started in. Once I was sat I felt like I was talking to an old friend, he was very friendly and easy to talk to. I just received my second cut in over seven weeks (admittedly going longer than I should have) and he still remembered the conversation we had from the first time we met. He still cut my hair with the same skill and professionalism as he did the first time. I will undoubtedly be returning to Nino's Cut and Shave for my future cuts (and definitely more often)! read more

This shop is full of nice, good barbers. These guys interact and talk with everyone in the shop. They're very nice and accommodating. My daughter has seen Cameron twice. Very chill, laid back guy. They take their time with their cuts. They do stress making appointments but I've seen walk-ins on a few occasions getting served. The guys are real chill and like to chat it up. Nino is a pure pro! Quality cuts every time. If there is a wait it's worth it. Not to mention you can always make an appointment

Well I decided to drop in today. Give these guys a try my son seems to like them. Wanted a shave and h/c. Seems like my son does not know real customer service. Walked in no hello ok no worries they got 3 people there. Must be busy for them but the weird looks I got walking in. Ok I must be a new face. So got no help found the sign in by my self and waited for 15min still no one has said anything to me. There just talking away. Waited 10 more mins ok I'm done I feel very out of place now. Went down the the street to prime time wow. I walked in they said hello told me it'll be 10min sat down for 5min boom done thx payed tipped. They should take some lessons on customer service especially if you getting a new customer. Good luck.. read more

I live in Vacaville, used to go to JJ's liked the cuts I got there. However the wait was "Always" at least an hour or more. Love the idea of getting as good a cut with Corey,by appointment. Definitely worth the drive read more

Not very happy with my haircut. Took forever and he scraped the hell outta my scalp with the electric razor. I've broken out in a rash which has never happened before. Cut my bangs waaaaay to short. I've never had a haircut where I wasn't facing a mirror to see wtf was going on. Wasn't Nino or Corey, whoever the other kid was. Sorry, but no bueno. read more

Used to go to The Barber Shop in Dixon but started getting poor quality haircuts. I noticed they weren't taking pride anymore in the cut. This place opened up and Nino and Corey make it an art and take pride in what they do. I've let them go new style cuts and old style cuts and they did not disappoint! I recommend making an appointment. If you don't your gonna wait, but if you want quality it's worth the wait. If you expect a small walk in time, then get a junk cut from pro clips or something. read more

Each of the Barbers at Nino's takes the time and attention to provide a great cut and look. Includes nice neck shave and hot towel treatment to top everything off. They focus on perfection and "leaving no single hair unattended". I would certainly recommend them over any regular hair stylist. This is not like your Dad's barber when he was a boy - it's better than that. This is an outstanding value. read more

Nah, just save yourself the trouble. Took a solid hour to give me a pretty mediocre haircut, then charged me $25 for it. Used a foil shaver. Apparently they charge more for appointments but the owner was telling me they don't take walk ins so I didn't even know that was an option. All in all this shop is a victim of its own arrogance. Dude set me back weeks when all I wanted was a quick clean up. I'd give it another shot if it was like a $15 cut but for $25 I have too many other options so, won't be back. read more

I heard of this place by word of mouth I was not disappointed great service great atmosphere
