FRAUD - FRAUD - FRAUD. Avoid at all costs. Ninja Number gets ahold of your credit card number and continues to bill with no way to contact them. Emails go unanswered. Phone number always go to a "message service", to which NO ONE every responds to the message. read more

The worst. I have been a customer for 20 years with NextPBX/VoiceNation and now Ninja Number. One month ago, I attempted to contact them to port my number away (as their support pages say you must do), received no response from email/online forms/chat and the support number (when you eventually find it) goes to a human answering service, and calls are never returned. I have had to register a new phone number and all the hassles of changing my phone number with multiple organisations is NOTHING compared to trying to get a meaningful response from Ninja Number. Reporting them for fraud as they are still charging my credit card. AVOID THIS COMPANY. read more

Almost 20-years a VoiceNation/SimplyOne/NextPBX/NinjaNumber customer. They are now stand-alone, no affiliation with VoiceNation ... however, NN uses VN's live answering service!!! Go figure. There is no customer service at NN. No one ever returns an email, a phone call. Zero response even via Chat (also using VN!). Not sure how they can be so NONresponsive. That Care2Call nonprofit program, is leftover from VN, no response from NN. Rate increases were crazy. Most recent rate is/was well-above the stated rate. The actual messaging interface and service was great. We are done. read more

This company is a scam. I signed up for the trial and then sent an email to cancel which they never replied to. I then see a charge on my card for service that I never used. I called the 833 number and no one ever answers. The live chat claimed someone would get back to me, but they never did. I have never had service with them. Dispute will be filed. read more

one star only because zero is not an option. my service has been down for weeks and i get totally ignored when calling "customer service" which is actauuly just an answering service, and also ignored by emails to support. ZERO response to multiple attmepts to see why my number is DEAD. Beyond terrible do not even begin with a company like this read more
