Contract submitted.....So glad I did not have your business work at my home. This material is not for pool decking in direct sunlight everyday all day. It is proven it breaks down and clogs pool pipes and ruins pumps. Not what I need. read more

Absolutely the worst company. Hired this company to do my son's garage flooring. First time it was an absolute mess the guys spilt stuff in the driveway and left the floor in awful shape I will add photos. Contacted the business they then sent the project manager out and another guy (these guys was so nice)! They just tried fixing over what the previous guys done. Next day ended up with bubbles everywhere contacted the General manager which mind you he's a very busy man he has told me this more than once. After back and forth he agreed to a $500 discount due to getting this stuff on the walls and trim of the garage and wanted to send someone else out to take care of the bubbles I reluctantly agreed. They sent out one of the guys who came out the very first time even after I told them very sternly I did not want them back out he was there for less than 30 minutes for the last fix . So guess what it's still a mess. They have been out a total of five times, three of which they worked on it. The general manager came out after all this (a month later) acting as if he didn't see anything wrong while the project manager (good guy by the way) told me he sees the issue but he couldn't go against his boss! I respect that! However here's the issue he wanted to come out again for a 4th time to do repairs when asked when GM 's response I would have to check my calendar. I have contacted them numerous times to speak to someone over the GM only to be told they are the ones who has to handle it and I cannot speak to anyone else. I requested a full refund so we can hire other contractors to come clean this mess up and still no response. This company needs to get their stuff together. I did leave a previous review I took down between the 2nd-3rd time I removed to give them another chance. The GM again told me numerous times he was notified about my reviews. I'm aware of legality issues here and just want this fixed properly. After three times a company should have fixed it properly they should not keep asking for one to completely clear out his/garage and not have access to this many times, and damage property because of the mess up they created. After all that has went on a refund and to be done with them is not too much to ask for. I have documented every time I have contacted this company for this exact reason. Paying the price this costs I expect professional work to be done. The GM thinks he can speak to a female anyway he wants and acts like nothing is wrong. When asked if he would want this in his home he went silent. I had a colleague join me for the last time he came out and it's a two hour drive for him which he has told me on several occasions. read more
