Follow up to the response from Ninja below: Per our signed contract, you cannot just decide to keep my deposit without fulfilling the entire project. If you want others to have faith in the contract you make them sign: 1. Fulfill all the work you agree to, even if you make a mistake. 2. Do not use solvents and void your own contract.
if you review the photos below it clearly shows that using any solvent voids the contact. We made several calls to the corporate phone number asking if solvents are used in application and every time the answer was no. You sound unfamiliar with our situation, so you may not be aware that your company also messed up the front and back porch (they were bubbling and had not added texture) and they had to be ground off and resealed again as well.
Ninja is so worried about the truth coming out that they blocked me from commenting on their Facebook posts instead of just having an open dialogue about what had happened and fixing it per the contract. I appreciate that you at least took the time to respond, but this is the first response we've heard back since the latter part of June after repeated phone calls and emails to multiple people, including executives of the company. We have been completely ghosted and it's unacceptable. Until I am contacted and you re-coat the floor or give us the deposit back, I will make it my life's mission to post what has happened to us in every available forum for years to come so that hopefully others make a better decision than we did. Shame on you Ninja! Do the right thing.
Ninja Floor Coatings/Revamp uses acetone which voids their own contract and makes the coating weaker (prone to damage). They destroyed our floor due to too much acetone (it didn't cure), ground it off and then ghosted us and wouldn't reply to emails or calls. Ninja, all we want is our floor coating redone and our deposit back after this absolute disaster. This will be posted everywhere until you remedy this. If anyone wants additional proof, I have videos of their employees with these products in their van and admitting to using them on video as well. If your floor is showing damage after using Ninja/Revamp, solvents are probably to blame and this is the evidence you need to hold them accountable. I just wanted to give everyone a heads up if you have used them in the past and having issues or if you are thinking of trying to hire someone to do your floor in the future. Do not make the mistake we did because when something goes wrong , they will ghost you and leave you in a mess. We were quoted $600 more to use this company and we did it because thought they were most reputable and would do a good job. Big mistake! They have now blocked me on Facebook so that I am not able to comment on their posts, warning other people about their business practices. Unethical? I think so! read more
