My mom and I originally went in to get our eyebrows done for a wedding that we had to attend this past weekend in the Temecula area. We were on the hunt for a place that was close to our hotel and we came across Beauty by Threading. The owner of the salon was the one who took care of the service and she did a superb job. Though I know threading can be very painful, especially in the T zone area of the face, but it was little to none; she says she likes to take her time with her clients, which I appreciate. We go on with conversation and she mentions she does hair as well. My mom and I thought it'd be a great idea for her to do our hair for the wedding we needed to go to as well! I've been threading my eyebrows and lip for over a decade now and this place has got to be the most falsely advertised and worst experience I've had. First, the sign outside promotes $8 eyebrow threading & $8 upper lip. Why they would charge my card $23 for both and that is suggested for taxes and fees not including tip yet?! To be honest, the experience alone didn't justify a tip (which I hesitantly included an additional 15% suggested so total over $26) and Im not one to hesitate if the service was great. I'm accustomed to having the salon offer witch hazel and even a hand held mirror to look at the work completed. This wasn't even offered and to make matters worse, she nicked my skin below my eyebrow and suggested I have alot of in grown hairs asking if I tweezed (which I denied) then she was condescending enough to ask me then why so many in grown hairs? Overall, disappointing experience which I will not plan to come back to this salon again. read more

Customer service is terrible! Thought I would try a new threading salon out but as soon as I walked in I'm met with "what do you want" no smiles no greetings... that's not bad but doesn't give the "right start" and then they tell me to sign in and she's on the phone with someone and ignoring me. I then sit down and I'm met with aggressive comments how "you need to stop sliding down" when all I did was lean back. I'm a tall person so this flimsy chair can't hold me like how she wanted I guess. She was very mean and rude and I got a gut feeling she was definitely going to ruin my brows. They need to change the name of the business. I'm disappointed with my visit today and she seemed not confident in her abilities I even asked her to stop at one point. Stopped this evening to an Unwelcoming, Unfriendly place/owner with dirty (back and sides of chair full of someone's foundation), crumpled dirty Kleenex with more foundation and......? sitting on salon station. Mind u she had plenty of x to clean up, not a soul in the place. AND $8.00 for literally 3 minute lip thread?! Every threading salon I have ever been to: $4.00 max most come with a chit card for each visit, after 10 visits 1 free Seriously Ridiculous the entire experience! Having thick brows is both a blessing and a curse. A blessing because...who wants to fill them in every morning and go through all that? But a curse because it's SO HARD to find the right "eyebrow lady" who can work her magic without you being frustrated. And needless to say, Nazy knew exactly what to do when I came to her. The last lady I had gone to messed it up so bad, I had given up. The shape was gone and I was over it. Actually, the last few ladies have told me it takes them too long to do my eyebrows and they don't want to do it anymore because 45 minutes is too long. So I found Nazy and begged her to fix it. I knew she was the real deal when she asked me to grow them out for a couple of weeks so she can start from scratch..& boy did she deliver!! She took her time and, yes, it did take her 30-40 minutes because of the growth, but she said she was happy to take her time and do it the way I wanted rather than do a quick job and have them be 2 different shapes. Thank you, Nazy, for giving my brows their shape again!! I got compliments all night about them looking too perfect to be real! I will be coming back for sure!!! I do like my eyebrows a little thicker than most people, and Nazy did exactly what I envisioned. She's also super nice and relatable. Great customer service & great work, Nazy!! Went here for the first time last week and had a very mediocre experience. I liked that I was seated right away and that it was a quick 10 minutes of my life. However, I did not like that while the lady threaded my eyebrows, she stayed on her cellphone the entire time gossiping with whomever she was talking to. I mean come on, you have a customer who is paying you for a service, the least you could do it get off your damn phone. I wouldn't have minded so much that she was on her phone if my eyebrows had at least turned out decent. Well, they didn't. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Worst eyebrow threading I have EVER received! Not only that but it was $15 for a terrible job. I sat down, told her what I wanted and she did it in less than 2 minutes. I have been going here since it opened. The owner does an amazing job. Even though her daughter is there, there is no problem. The owner goes in detail by using the tweezers and scissors to make the figure better after the threading. I would recommend this location to anyone. *I have heard that if she is on the phone while doing your eyebrows, she will mess them up. So please know that in advance. I used to go to Magic Brow in Murrieta that was closer to where I live, but I happen to be going to Target and drove by this place so I thought I'd check it out. I liked how the technicians sanitized their hands before touching the customers, something that is important that not all brow places do. I also like how my brows were shaped, more clean and precise than they have been in a while. It's definitely worth driving the extra few miles. They also offer a frequent visit card where every 6th visit is free (Magic Brow is every 7th). read more

She threaded my moms entire face and she also dyed her eyebrows, all of which came out amazing. Khadijah also threaded my entire face as well, but what I love most was the way my eyebrows came out. It's very clean and the woman that has been there both times was quick and did exactly what I asked her to! The only person that has been able to shape my eyebrows with the EXACT shape and arch I like, and I am extremely particular about my eyebrows. To make it even better, my eyebrows actually lasted! Worst eyebrow threading service in my life. I came one hour before closing and the employee was in such a rush. She did my brows in less than 3 minutes, and tried to get me out of the seat. She almost refused to let me check the mirror up close. Of course she had rushed and left my brow uneven. After she fixed them she made me put the cooling gel on myself. Firstly, she totally butchered my eyebrows. I told her a clean up and she made my eyebrows super small, far apart, and scabed! I should have stopped her then, but I was there for lashes.
