The "Canada Pancakes" was not just pancakes bacon and maple syrup, it was pancakes, each layer generously covered in not too sweet real maple syrup, a whole rasher of bacon, then banana sliced on the bacon. Yes, thats right banana, I was shocked and then my taste buds were blown away by how amazing bacon and banana are together. On the side, you get whipped cream and flowers that I am assuming are edible! Stunned, amazed and oh so deliciously full. The "Eggs Benedict" comes with options, and who doesn't love options.
