Keith's was the only florist who spent time explaining what would work and the why (green house grown vs survival in the wild). They quickly got the arrangement together and contacted the funeral home to coordinate delivery so it made it where it needed to be for the services. It's hard to find quality customer service these days and I truly am appreciative of Keith's. The arrangement is also beautiful and huge, definitely worth the price (they also had prices better than ordering online or through the funeral home).
