Tara herself is delightful and welcoming, the kind of person you relax just being around. The massage was one of the best I've had because of her attention to your body's stress points and little touches she adds to make you feel truly pampered. I walked out feeling completely relaxed, like I had just melted into the massage bed. At the end she gives you a deeeeeelicious chocolate and a bottle of water. It was really fantastic. You can tell she has put a lot of thought into each step in the process and is really focused on your complete experience. After seeing Chris Frost on and off for ten plus years for occasional and recurring lower back pain…read morewhich Chris was able to mitigate shortly after every visit, I somehow for the first time in my life developed Plantar Fasciitis on my right foot and at a random visit I mentioned this to him during one of my back pain episodes. The pain got worst over a one year period. I have cement floors in half my house. Chris advice was to never walk bare-footed from the moment of waking up to the time I went to bed. Well after following his advice the pain slowly ebbed over a six month period and I am now totally pain free and the only cost was a pair of in house slippers with good support. I'd give Chris 5 stars and recommend him to everyone.

Asked at front desk before going back if I could use the steam room/sauna after the massage too hoping it would be heated by then and the woman at the front desk said yes. The massage was not even a massage, no pressure, just light fingers that tickled and put me on edge even though I kept asking for more pressure. She kept stopping abruptly every few minutes to walk across the room for a few squirts of lotion or oil so a lot of the massage time was spent walking back and forth. The sauna and steam room had both been turned off during the massage so were barely 75 degrees when I went to sit in them after so just gave up, got dressed and left. Left very, very cold, not relaxed after spending $100. So bummed! I'm not picky and would have been happy if just one of the services had been only mediocre!
