Great cuisine, service was outstanding, Kaitlin was especially attentive and very knowledgeable, I would recommend the rice pudding. The location was a bit tricky to find, we will be returning soon with friends. read more

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. EVERYTHING was outstanding. The service, the drinks, appetizers, entrees and the homemade carrot cake. I love trying new local restaurants and especially love a good small business and not chain restaurant. Don't sleep on this one!! The decor is great. The restaurant is much bigger then you would think from the outside. The service was also outstanding!! Our waitress Erika was so sweet and gave the best recommendation. Definitely put this on your list of places to try. They have only been open a year and I hope they are there for many years to come. Can't wait to go back and try some more things on the menu. We got the crab pasta and the short rib pasta to split. I loved them both. So much flavor. read more

Great place, food was wonderful and a good wine selection. Service was wonderful. Definitely worth a visit.

Excellent meal and service. We traveled from out of town and were celebrating the Christmas spirit. Everything we ordered was perfect. Can't wait to come back when we next visit. Kathryn is a gem. read more

Fantastic cocktails! And the popovers are out of this world. I could just have both of those and be satisfied. Dinner was good but I wish the menu was bigger. Excellent service. read more

This was 2nd year in a row that we had a corporate event at Nikos. The porch room is the perfect size for our group (approx 30 people) and private. The atmosphere is welcoming. I worked with Patti (owner) on the menu and the choices were very well received. The popovers are the best! We had a gentleman from India who was extreme vegan and wanted rice and vegetables. Since the restaurant didn't have rice, Patti had someone get rice for us. I'm pretty sure we will be back again next year for a 3rd year. read more

Came here with my two kids (ages 5 and 14) on a Sunday night for dinner. It wasn't crowded but we had made reservations and were seated immediately. The service was warm and friendly (although pretty slow considering the restaurant was not that crowded) and our waitress made some excellent recommendations for both cocktails and food. My family all loved the cheesesteak egg roll appetizer and the popovers! My short rib pasta was good but somehow wasn't quite the flavor profile I was thinking it would be. It was more savory and creamy when I expected something sweeter and more wine-based. My daughter loved her vodka sauce gnocchi and my husband thought the scallops were excellent. My son ordered the Mac and cheese side for his meal and everyone helped him finish it. We will definitely return and I look forward to trying some of the other menu items. Hoping they bring back the cast iron cookie because that looked delicious but they sadly haven't had it since last winter per our waitress. read more

Love this place! Gorgeous bar area. Terrific appetizer selection! Food is fabulous. I had a massive steak done to perfection! Highly recommend! read more

We had my bridal shower at Niko's a few weeks ago and myself and all of my guests were blown away by the entire event. Patty and her team were unbelievable with the service and attention they gave us when planning the day and throughout the event. The cocktails were unbelievable (as always) and the food was equally as outstanding. I can't recommend Niko's more for a special event or every day dining. I will be back as soon as I can! read more

Food was outstanding, service was top notch (Kayla was awesome) and ambiance was pleasant. Can't wait to go back!!!

I just dined there last night for the first time. upon entering I was not greeted at the host stand but rather blatantly ignored by the host as she tapped away on an iPad, then she proceeded to see me there and answer the phone without a hello my way (mind you im literally the only person in front of her) she then gabs on the phone without placing the call on hold to address me. Once she gets off the phone she then asks for my reservation without a hello. I say give her my last name and the time of my reservation (7:15) and she proceeds to not be able to find it after I spelled out my whole last name and then she tries to deny that I have a reservation. Another woman comes along and finds it with ease and I am then taken to my table with the view of an air conditioning unit. moving into dinner our waiter Victor was horrendous. he didn't explain the menu or give us an experience that many people rave about with this restaurant, just asked what we wanted put it in and let the runners bring out our food. when it came to the food it was ok, but the mac and cheese side was filled with salt and cream and the casarecce had tomatoes on it even though it's not listed in the menu description - there was a tomato allergy at the table. (which attributes to victors service as horrendous as he didn't ask for allergies before the ordering process started) then came dessert.... in my reservation notes I put that it was a birthday celebration and I verbally noted to victor that I would like a candle in the chocolate cake as it was my dads birthday. the cake came out no candle! - victor didn't even recognize he missed it until we literally sang our own happy birthday with no candle. we then had victor come on baffled and say "oh I forgot the candle did you still want one?" - no victor we wouldn't. overall I am utterly disgusted by this restaurants service and staff and can only wish to never come back. read more

I hosted my daughter's bridal shower last weekend at Nikos. The food, service and ambiance were outstanding! Patty and management were extremely attentive and made sure to make this day perfect! Highly recommend! read more

Very good restaurant in the unassuming environment of a medical office complex! Many Yardley aficionados are familiar with Christines, which was the prior restaurant in this space. Apparently, the son of Rocco's started his own enterprise recently and has had success with Nikos. The overall ambiance is upscale with a strange valet parking option in a giant parking lot but otherwise, two pleasant maitre'd will greet you and steer you to your table. There is a long bar area and a number of dining rooms. They make good use of the space with a modern, upscale decor. Lots of grays, white table linens, good silver wear, etc. As with most restaurants these days, the wait staff was well over-encumbered and the kitchen was too busy. More problematic, the runners consistently brought dishes to the wrong people and in our case, the wrong table! This delayed entrees for a number of guests in our party, which only compounded the general lag times. That said, I'm still rounding up to 4 (really a 3.5). Many restaurants are starved (no pun intended) for staff, and the owners were super gracious, apologetic, and brought desserts and a drink on the house. The bar is well run and stocked. Very good drinks which are well created. Food was good with a number of hand-made pasta dishes, which is a good step up from the usual Italian-bla fair in the area. Nikos has a little more of a seafood focus, and I was pleased with my sea bass and oysters. I would prefer some explanation of the types of oysters when served, but as stated, the runners and waitstaff were so overworked I didn't want to make a mountain out of a molehill. Salads are very good and a great accompaniment to your mains or as an appetizer. I particularly enjoyed their house salad with a great dressing. Desserts are enormous, haha, and are meant for sharing. All around, a bit of a bumpy ride, but the bones are great, there is a warm atmosphere, and I think most people would have a very good time at this restaurant which I'd recommend. read more

Overall assessment: Sloppy bar/bartenders fingers in cocktails, gross; mgmt doesn't understand fine dining; will not be going back. Experience is very pedestrian but price point implies fine dining experience. This is NOT EVEN CLOSE to other nice restaurants in the area in terms of total experience. Owners are in over their heads imo and need significant improvement in management to be successful. If I'm going to spend a couple hundred, or more, on a nice dinner (anniversary celebration for us), it won't be here in the future. The good: the kitchen is fantastic/menu is creative; specialty drinks are quite good (reason for 2 stars instead of one). The bad: (everything else) laundry list here which leads to my poor rating. Summary: At the bar: Waited more than 15 minutes for drinks WHILE SITTING AT THE BAR. Empties placed at the front edge of the bar (meaning ready for another of course) were seen by the bartenders multiple times but passed over until we proactively (perhaps aggressively) requested another round. Bartender placing fingers in drinks to pick up multiple prepared drinks at once (gross). Bar manager (owner) seemed disengaged AT BEST. Little or no oversight or interest in customer experience. Completely disengaged. It' like he was a no show for his shift. If you like an exceptionally frustrating start to your evening, you'll like it here. At the table (in the bar area): After questioning the OWNER about the WHOLE LOBSTER in both the WHOLE LOBSTER cocktail and Seafood Sampler with WHOLE LOBSTER he begrudgingly admitted that it was only lobster tail (not a big difference, but it IS a big difference). Server would not (said could not) take our app order until we were ready with our full order. I said we didn't want to rush, but received main course before apps were finished anyway. Bar manager (owner) having drinks with his friends in hoodies at the bar. OK, I would be tempted to do the same, but...., you wouldn't see that at other local fine dining establishments EVER - so unprofessional (IMO), highlights immaturity of management, and gives you a sense of the bar environment (call me as snob but I am looking for a more refined experience for the $$). Other nits too numerous/nuanced to mention. Owner stopped by at the end of our meal and we gave her an honest assessment - her response was SHE WORKS A LOT OF HOURS AND YOU CAN'T PLEASE EVERYONE. Not kidding. Short story, if I'm going to pay $50 for a steak I'm going to spend those $$ at an establishment where mgmt understands what truly makes a fine dining experience, and thats not currently at Nikos. I love the idea of more options in our area and support our local establishments, just expected (wanted) more for the price point. read more

3.5 for food and 5 for ambiance. But I'll round up because they are close to home and we need more good restaurants close by. Beautiful bar, very modern, great cocktails and a lively fun bar area with nice TV's to watch the NFL playoffs. Food was a bit overcooked and the lamb wasn't sliced properly but it was tasty. FYI I've had cheesesteak eggrolls two or three times at other restaurants and this was the only place that got it right. Fun place. read more

I attended a baby shower here last weekend and the food was amazing. The popovers and carrot cake were fabulous. I had the most delicious chicken as well. I think it was a lemon white wine chicken and sadly I don't see it on their regular menu. I would definitely love to dine there again and perhaps have an event or my own there in the future. read more

The drinks were great and my wife loved the rolls. That's about all I can say good about my experience last night. We ordered the charcuterie board. Terrible. I was cheese and meat like it came out if a pre-packaged assortment that you would by from ShopRite. I expect the assortment to be artisan cheeses, not tasteless cheeses. Next we ordered the gnocchi. Completely tasteless and all dough. 2 stars is generous!!! read more

Great food and the waitress was awesome. Also one of the best old fashions I e ever had.

I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant!   The owner Patricia is so lovely. She and her team went above and beyond to make our corporate event extra special.  They worked hard to create the perfect menu.  From the chucuterie & mezzo appetizers, the pasta tasting that included homemade fettuccine w/ short rib and a gnocchi in red sauce, the arugula salad w finely chopped dried fruit, avocado & feta, and the amazing Salmon, Steak or Vegetable Timbale entrees, every course was more delicious than the previous one! . All of the food including the pastas and amazing desserts are made fresh daily. The cocktails are delicious too! I highly recommend Nikos and cannot wait to go back! Thanks again for making our event so special! read more

Second time we were there. First time when they opened, we sat at the bar. Cocktails were not very good - weak and uninspiring with Manhattan level prices. Fast forward and we decided to have a family dinner. Cocktails were much better. We thought it was a Greek inspired restaurant - at least when they opened that was pretty clear. They claim "Mediterranean" influence now, but didn't really get that sense. More typical American fare, and average quality which was somewhat disappointing considering the prices. Giving it three stars as the service was great, our waitress was clearly very busy but she was attentive, and worked great with our kids who had some customizations to the menu. Ambiance - looked nice, casual, and glad to see people were largely not in shorts and t-shirts, but was very noisy due to a lot of hard reflective surfaces. We'd probably not go back for a while except to sit at the bar and considering we can walk to it. Food either needs to come down in price for quality or they need to kick it up on the inspiration and uniqueness. It wasn't bad: but I can get that same food pretty much anywhere there is an "American" style menu. Was hoping for more traditional Greek fare. read more

We dined at nikos on New Year's Eve and we're able to experience their special menu for the holiday. We hadn't been to nikos before but went to the previous restaurant at that spot. We were surprised to see a total makeover with tasteful accents that created a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere, The food was excellent. Food was terrible today. Hot food came out cold and did not taste homemade even though it was purported to.

This is our fourth time eating here. They have a new chef and the food has been absolutely wonderful since he came on. The staff is very friendly and the bar is a wonderful place to enjoy a cocktail. This is a great addition to the Yardley dining scene, please don't hesitate to try them. read more

We tried Nikos for the first time for my son's 18th birthday. We made the reservations weeks in advance, but we were given the worst table in the restaurant. We were seated at the first table in the restaurant. The place was crowded, so people waiting for a table were standing right next to our table. We literally had some people watching us eat. On top of that, there was a draft the entire time from the door opening repeatedly. The restaurant was ridiculously loud. We couldn't hear the people at our own table. It made us want to get out of there instead of enjoying our meal and experience. The lemon drop was served in a small cup with a smear of sugar down the side instead of a sugar rim. On the positive side, most of the food was delicious. My steak was tender, but slightly charred even though I asked for medium. The Wagyu sliders were tasty, and the bread was amazing. Our waitress was excellent. I might give it one more try, but the atmosphere was a real turnoff especially for the prices. read more

The most amazing service from our server Ally! We go to Nicos for the most delicious fresh food. Will always be coming back for more!

I have been to Nikos 4 times now and every single time I am so pleased. This place is absolutely fantastic. The food is incredible of course, but even more importantly, the servers are so kind and attentive. The dining room is classy but can also be casual. Seriously the food is so good, I even got another carrot cake to go. Literally best carrot cake i've ever had in my life, can't wait to go back!! read more

Nikos is such a gem! Had a wonderful meal starting with a Blood Orange Cosmo, complimentary turnovers that were amazing, Lamb Shank with a cheese polenta that was the best I've ever had and ended with a scrumptious carrot cake! One of the worst meals I've had in a very long time. I had the casarecce. It was drowned in a almost water flavored sauce. I took two bites and couldn't eat more. The waitress didn't ask why I hadn't touched my meal. I wouldn't go back. read more

This was our third visit in a year--10-15-23. Sunday brunch. Our server was good. Waited too long for our meal. Owner came by to say it wouldn't be too much longer. Same thing occurred for a weekday dinner in early December last year. Coffee so bad only took one sip. Bacon never came out with the order and we were charged for it. Had to ask for it and wound up taking it to go. Eggs Benedict cold. Salad dressing extremely salty. We won't be returning. read more

My boyfriend and I ate last night at Nico's for the first time. The atmosphere was really inviting and beautiful and all the staff were very attentive and friendly. The popovers were by far the best I ever had! The first course we had oysters and they were good, but a but too small. My boyfriend had the short rib pasta and it was very tasty 5 stars! I had the Chilean Seabass. The piece of fish was large and cooked to perfection however the sauce, and gnocchi were a disappointment certainly not worthy of this lovely fish and the $48 price of this entree. read more
