Dr Gall's office found me the first open appointment within my schedule (3 days). His staff is friendly and very informative, that was the first time I ever received tour of a full dentist office. When I was seen by him, he let me talk and explain what work I wanted done and where I wanted my teeth to be in the near future. He explained what needed to be done and even explained why he was suggesting certain things. I have just begun my relationship with them but I do believe as long as it continues in the same fashion, it will be a long relationship. I will recommend my family and friends to him.

Day 1 I waited an hour only to be told that she could not reach my dental plan...literally blue cross blue shield that has you on hold for maybe 5 minutes...then Ms. Rude states that she will have it ready and rescheduled me. While rescheduling she sates that you can have the procedure done when you come back. On my second visit I still wait 30 minutes, finally get to meet the dentist, who was super nice, only to get back with Ms. Rude that insists that she has to MAIL (yes MAIL) the X-rays and quote to BCBS and I can't reschedule an appointment until they get that back. So either way, I was lied to, they are in the Stone Age for billing from other practices or she's incompetent. Im just angry I wasted another work day to come be screwed over. Long story short..I left and I feel that morally I should warn people to avoid this place. They don't respect your time and apparently encourages the front desk/billing clerk to treat patients with contempt. Anyone that feels like meeting Ms. Rude and NOT getting serviced, A and A dental will be your jam.

When I informed A&A of who my insurance provider was, I was told that they never heard of them before and that I would need to obtain a provider number. I called my insurance provider and was instructed to have A&A call them to square away the details. When I called A&A back I was very rudely told that "I don't know anything about that provider". It's a real shame to basically be denied medical service because a receptionist is ignorant of my insurance provider and would not take the few minutes to call my provider to get any information needed. People that interact with those needing medical attention should not be so careless.

Horrible experience!! Dr. Seretis should lose his license!! I went here with tooth pain last…read moreOctober 2025 and was told by Dr. Seretis that I would need a root canal my very first. Little did I know what a nightmare this would spiral into. Before he even started he mentioned drinking baileys in coffee as he belched it up, I should've known better and left right then and there. After the surgery (which took numerous times to numb me) I was seemingly fine but when the crown came in that's when things went south fast. The first crown I told him it was way too big to fit. Instead of pulling it out and agreeing with me he insisted it should fit and instead sanded down my perfectly healthy top teeth that I will now need crowns for. It took over 6 visits to finally receive a crown that fit and even then it looked like a freaking marshmallow! I cannot believe he thought this passed as good work at let me go home!! This is insane for how much I paid, I received below suboptimal work! The other staff that works there were very nice and apologized to me repeatedly due to all the screw ups but there is no taking any of this back. My teeth which were once perfect are now permanently ruined! After a while my crown started hurting, I ended up not going back for fear of further risking tooth destruction. I later went to 2 different dentists to get second opinions bc my crown was hurting so bad. They both literally told me the same thing. Turns out micro instruments had broken off deep in my tooth and along with the gaps he left in the crown it was a perfect recipe for an abscess. My top teeth were sanded down to the dentin, (the yellow part as you can see in the pics). Both other dentists said they couldn't save the crowned tooth and I would need an implant to fix it, and crowns on the teeth that were sanded down. Now on top of the bill I'm still paying Seretis, I'm also paying off the start of a long road for an implant. 8 months for this to be completed due to Dr. Thomas J. Seretis's negligence! Please if you value your teeth do not go to this butcher! Shame on you Dr. Seretis! You told me you love being a dentist but hate mean people, well now I see why so many people are mean to you!
