And then when you get into the car and he remembers you gave him a bottle of Jagermeister 3 years ago when you went home from a white elephant Christmas party!!! That's LOVE!!! After our meal we texted to confirm the previously agreed pick up time only to learn there would be over an hour wait. Given that all was closed on Main St. and it was pouring rain, we were lucky the restaurant owner let us stay long enough to call Lyft which arrived within 10 min of our call. HTT's customer service response: hope you enjoyed Lyft. No apologies. This level of service and service recovery is why Uber and Lyft replaced taxi services. Right now competition is limited. Dave and Kyle were so sweet and worked to get me the right car. He had received a fleet of brand new Highlanders that afternoon and hadn't even set them all up for rental. I really needed a hitch for my bike rack and he and Kyle got it ready to rent for me. Not to mention, Dave has a huge, funny, and warm personality. I couldn't be more grateful. Clearly, we needed a driver so we could get around safely and let loose a little. The Maid of Honor found this limo service, and from what she told us, she had a great experience from the moment she called to inquire about hiring them for our girl's weekend. Let me tell you, we couldn't have had had better experience! Bob was our driver both Friday and Saturday, and he couldn't have been more accommodating. Handling a large group of girls is never an easy feat, but Bob was extremely patient, understanding and extremely sweet the entire weekend. He would make sudden stops for us when we saw a place we were interested in checking out, he had a cooler full of yummy snacks for us on Saturday to keep us going throughout the day, and he walked us up to every venue to introduce us. Not to mention, he completely decorated the limo on Friday night with "Bachelorette" decor (he even brought us a bachelorette game to play!), and on Saturday the limo was decorated with pretty floral napkins. Those special touches were extremely appreciated and went above and beyond any expectations we had. From the first time I spoke with her she made it clear that it was their job to make our experience as wonderful and simple as possible. She paid great attention to details going as far as having the napkins inside the limo match the wedding colors. There were snacks and balloons and even a Bachelorette sash waiting for us when the limo arrived the first evening. Bob (our chauffeur) couldn't have been more amazing. He called ahead to every place when went over the two days to make sure they were prepared for our arrival. Our location was scenic and located at the bottom of a mountain, putting a limit on parked cars on site. We needed to direct people to a local park and ride, and hire a shuttle. This requirement was the most complicated logistic we had to coordinate for the wedding, but working with Regal Carriage reduced all of our stress and made planning a breeze! We called all shuttle companies in the region to inquire, and most companies didn't have the resources, interest, or capacity to support what we needed (we needed a pick up window and multiple drop off windows, which spanned most of the day in a rural area). We were so fortunate to find this company. The first person I spoke to was Nicole who was extremely kind, patient, and made the process welcoming. Immediately when we began planning- i recognized how accountable, communicative, and determined Nicole was to make this work for our wedding day. Vik shared his impressive work history and expertise in navigating complicated roads, which brought me relief as I was nervous having a large vehicle travel on the narrow and winding roads to the site. We needed a complex schedule, so Nicole and Vik worked closely and efficiently with me, my husband, and our day of contact to safely and reliably bring ~30 guests to and from our wedding! They thought of everything.. down to planning ahead for how we could get in contact in an area with spotty cell reception. We rented a 14 seater- the vehicle was so clean and immaculate.
