My previous doc thought it was depression or thyroid issues but Dr.Rollins didn't take their word for it and ran blood work and figured out I was "severely deficient" in vitamin D. Which is weird bc I spend a lot of time outdoors. He hand wrote me a letter that I got in the mail two weeks after my appointment explaining it and telling me how much vit D to take and for how long and why. After a few weeks, I now feel back to my ole self and not tired anymore. I'm supposed to go back in three months for him to double check to see if I'm up to normal again and fig out why I was so deficient. Also, I explained in my first appt that I once went to a derm that never sent me my results no matter how many times I asked them to mail, email, or fax them to me. The next time I saw Dr. Rollins, he walked in with not just my file from that derm, but also their own derm who explained and interpreted my lab results from the other derm I went to a year ago and no they didn't charge me for it. Love this place.

During the appointment, the new physician asked questions about her existing medical history, including cholesterol and other previously diagnosed conditions. My wife answered those questions but did not seek treatment for any new issues. The physician ordered routine blood work, including tests that she has received as part of her annual physical for several years. We were surprised to later receive a bill for a separate office visit. We were told that because pre-existing conditions were discussed during the appointment, the visit was billed separately. We also received a separate bill from the lab for the blood work. What makes this particularly frustrating is that my wife has had these same routine tests performed during her annual physicals for the past four years at this practice without receiving an additional office visit charge or lab charge. Patients should be aware that discussing existing medical conditions during an annual physical at Northside Primary Care Midtown (previously Midtown Medical Associates), even when responding to questions from the physician, will result in additional charges. Basic tests such as cholesterol, lipid profile etc. is not covered under the annual physical with this practice anymore. We wish this had been explained clearly before or during the appointment so we could have made an informed decision. We are disappointed and concerned about the transparency of the billing process. We will look for another doctor.

So this review is personal yet meaningful. I hope I succeed in sharing some insight and positivity…read moreto you all! This week I had had to take a visit to see the specialist to see Dr. Rangarajan. For the past couple of years, I had not been feeling like myself and things started to escalate the end of 2025. Long story short I have been having random fainting spells. I'm very winded just doing the simplest things like going up a flight of stairs, extreme fatigue, and just not feeling like my normal self. The last straw was an evening out with my sister and me having a random fainting spell while dining at a restaurant. She had never seen this happen to me and it was very scary and eye-opening which led to Dr. Rangarajan at Piedmont Heart Institute Brookhaven Cardiology. I must say my visit was very enlightening, very resourceful. Dr. Rangarajan was very thorough showed compassion and demonstrated stellar bedside manners! Even his physician assistant was top-notch. I left feeling educated of the necessary steps, he's taking to ensure we get to the bottom of why I'm having the fainting episodes and find a resolution which brings me sense of relief. Just a note to everyone please take care of your health, especially your heart and vascular health. It has no age limit. My significant other had an unexpected heart attack January 2025 at 43 years young. I'm so thankful he's still here with us! However, it doesn't always turn out this way as six months later we lost two friends and a family member to massive heart attacks all well in their early to late 40s. I'm grateful to have found a specialist who cares about my well-being and is taking his time to ensure all the necessary screenings/ test are scheduled. Do not wait for an ache or pain to get checked. Please take the time to go get your screenings. Make your heart health your priority! If you are looking for a cardiologist, I highly recommend Piedmont Heart Institute Brookhaven Cardiology. Ask for Dr. Rangarajan. The office building is visible & easy to access off of Peachtree Rd. The office building is connected to a Walgreens pharmacy. There is plenty of "free" parking in the parking garage. I did not get as many photos of the office as intended but I'll try to remember my next visit. I hope this review was helpful.

I texted to confirm my appointment - then 1 hour before i called the office to confirm again. At all times my appt was confirmed. I traveled 25 min and I showed up 15 min before to ensure my paperwork as a new patient was submitted which it was. I then sat and waited til 3:30. I was the only person in the waiting room for a majority of the time. I finally went up and asked if Dr Carlos was ready to see me - the receptionist said she would check. 5 min later she came out and said it would be another hour! How rude- how unprofessional, and the receptionist had 0 remorse as if she has had experience doing this to other patients before. Would not recommend anyone go to this doctor. They don't care about your time.

Which I interpret as "forced retirement".) So you're left with a dysfunctional front staff, a name change/buy out (it's now called SE Medical Group), extreme billing mistakes and over charges, lack of coordination and zero organization and 1 doctor (Pray) who really could care less about you - perhaps part of that perception is overworked - and a NP, Anna (whom I've never seen). As painful as a search for a good doctor is, I can save you the trouble on trying this one. Things change, I get that. But the specialness is now gone unfortunately.

I went in for a physical and did not feel like she spent time to tailor her boilerplate recommendations to me. She also mentioned some areas from my labs which were not at the optimal level but did not provide advice on how to improve their levels. Not at all helpful to hear there is an issue but not be given a solution. Overall I would not recommend Dr. Jasmine Park but the actual facility and staff are nice so you may have better luck with a different doctor. Today I stopped in to ask if Dr. Aimee could perform an injection for sciatica and to make sure they had this medicine in stock. Just that question only, before I went to the emergency room. What I experienced was a total different no customer service attitude response to my kindness and concern. This is nothing like the medical professional service that we are use to experiencing. I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes before I was greeted. Once the young lady appeared I was immediately given an attitude for no reason and she would not make eye contact nor apologize for keeping us waiting as three employees were laughing and socializing. They looked at us and we looked at them through the entry door window that leads back to the treatment area. I asked if I could call her right quick on the phone she said no. I said I could email her. She will not assist with that. She said if I did they would get back to me in a few days as I'm standing there with no one in the waiting room and no patients coming or going. She told me I would have to pay $150 and then she would see me (Dr. Aimee.) Super unprofessional all around. It is very disappointing as I am in tremendous pain and wanted to see a physician I could trust. My family and I will not be coming back.

The administrative staff is rude and combative, especially the office manager. My last visit was a follow-up for blood work, which somehow took an hour. They sent my pharmacy conflicting prescriptions, the blood work left a bruise for over a week, every appointment take at least an hour, usually closer to 2 hours, you spend all of your time waiting in a room before talking to a PA for maybe 5 minutes.
