I had never really heard of kambo, but I felt called to work with her and this medicine. At the time, I was going through major upheavals- moving states, leaving behind family & friends, going through heartbreak, and healing from long-standing health ailments. From my very first intense experience, I was incredibly relieved and grateful to have found both Astar and Kambo.
Astar literally journeyed through every part of my experience with me to help guide or translate what was happening both physically and energetically. She has my full and deepest trust with absolutely anything that I am facing. After that first ceremony, my life changed radically. It's not that all my symptoms and hardships cleared up immediately, but I was finally ready to work through them. Really face myself, and be dedicated to working through everything, no matter how long it took. Since then, I have been working very consistently (about every month) with Astar and the frog. Just to give some background, I am usually the kind of person who likes to 'go it alone', taking responsibility for every part of the healing process myself, and not easily trusting another to be my so called 'guide'. All of that fell away when I met Astar because she is true and the medicine she works with will show you where you need to let go of control and allow yourself to be held and nurtured into health once more. Hence the name, Cosmic Mom. It's incredibly fitting, which you'll find out immediately upon working with her.
After these few months of dedicated healing sessions, I am more embodied in my authentic nature, I feel stronger physically\energetically, I am finally feeling cleared of the baggage I'd been holding onto since childhood. I can finally choose a clear direction in my life and take the steps to actualize. So my growth on all levels has been monumental.

Some of the things I have been releasing during ceremony in case you need some clues as to how this may help you: pharmaceuticals, all the old undigested food circulating through my system aka waste products, candida, parasites, parental wounding, sexual trauma, lack of purpose/place, feeling unsafe to be in my body, judgement and fear, hatred and rage, deep sorrow, guilt, and devastation. Not to mention all the relationships and contracts I've fully released that no longer serve.
