When we bought our house less than a year ago, the induction range had some burned-on residue we couldn't manage to remove ourselves. This business also removed virtually all of that without us asking them to do it. The owner is a professional in the commercial cleaning industry, with skills and certification to do many kinds of cleaning and disinfecting. Over a week I tried every way I could to get ahold of someone-2 different phone numbers, email, messenger, the scheduling app... nada. Now nothing for 2 weeks. So, this company has charged me $800 the last 2 months and only cleaned twice. And now won't respond. I kept waiting thinking maybe something bad happened or they had an emergency or something. Who knows. They have my credit card running on a monthly charge and I can't cancel it without getting ahold of someone. It is the most frustrating thing. Contacted my regular plumber (not Cox) and found out he was out of town on vacation. Finally called Cox after 5 pm. Was pleasantly surprised when he answered the phone. He had other jobs already scheduled but was able to come by on Sunday afternoon. (I had shut off everything I could think of so the leak had stopped. Was afraid it was the toilet by the kitchen.) He was able to arrive an hour earlier than he expected which was great. Long store short... he was able to diagnose the actual problem (wasn't the toilet) and the issue was resolved. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very personable. Nice guy and the cost was actually less than I expected for an emergency weekend plumbing call. Hope I never need a plumber again but I would definitely use Cox Plumbing again.

The cost also fit nicely into our budget. The installers were experienced and polite, the process took about four hours. It did take a few weeks for the news doors to be made to our specifications, which is the only negative thing about the experience, but as happy as my husband and I are with the doors, the wait was worthwhile. I give The Window Source a 5 stars recommendation!

Caveat Emptor on 2 Added Fees to Quote!!!…read more After seeing their TV commercial, we called Window Source to bid on replacing windows. Their TV commercial says $6567 for ten (10) white, double hung windows, with NO mention of 2 added fees! They were 1 of 4 window bidders. Window Source sent us 2 quote options - both had a $150 old window disposal fee (even though we were taking care of that disposal) AND a "4% Convenience Fee" (we were to pay by check, not a credit card, so it's not a credit card fee). We then texted their estimator on the 2 fees- the estimator texted back, saying the owners explained to him that 4% fee was because they were a small business! Note: none of the other 3 bidders added on a disposal fee or a "Convenience Fee". We then directly called Window Source on the fees - the answers were vague. Bad way to do business! We've selected Window Tamers for the work (we'll review them about the work after it is completed).
