I have always stored my extensions with my previous stylist, the one that took out my extensions, also had offered to store the extensions at salon, which is what i have always done, so I didn't even think twice & trusted the salon to store my property. I recently went to pick up my extensions & the receptionist had no problem looking in the back for me, considering I was a regular. I was then told they couldn't find my extensions & proceeded to be blamed for taking them with me! I asked to see footage of me supposedly taking them with me. I was then informed that there is a so called "policy" which i have never been told or have ever known of & to that i asked to see documentation & I have had no response. Why would the receptionist go look in the back, if there is supposedly a policy on storing extensions, totally not adding up! If you read other reviews the owner changes her story on this exact situation! I was told that it's not their responsibility & not their problem & that I cannot be reimbursed or given new hair... I truly am appalled by the foolishness & carelessness of this salon. I also had asked if they write names on clients property & her words "unfortunately not" which leads me to think they potentially put my hair in someone else's head, which makes me questions the cleanliness of this establishment. Pls beware before stepping foot into that salon, you will be stolen from & lied to! The people who run that salon are distasteful & talk poorly behind other clients backs! The owner truly should reconsider her career path.
