If you're looking for a big spa with all the amenities this isn't your place. Located in the el dorado hotel this spa is TINY. Where the lockers are there is one sort of closet nook with a curtain to change in and out of (see my photos). There are only two ladies restrooms and one shower. The room where you wait for your person to come get you for your services is dark and relaxing they served the yummiest black berry tea. I scheduled a pedicure and facial back to back. My pedicure person was about 10 mins late getting me due to a bridal party. When i am seated for my pedicure there isn't any massage chairs it's just an almost booth like seat the kind you see in restaurants. The entire room is loud with ladies gabbing, talking on the phone and chatting. I get more relaxing pedicures from the sketchy $20 places i go to locally. Although my technician was very professional. The same technician then did my facial. While the massage was delightful during it the steam machine only hit half of my face and a ticker clock was going the entire time the steamer was going and it was the most non enjoyable facial I've ever had. For the cost of the services I'd expect more. While the front desk was super professional i just didn't get near the amount of enjoyment or relaxation that i do at other establishments.

They offer private pools where you can bathe and enjoy a private fireplace, swimsuits optional. There is a restaurant onsite, plenty of parking and a hotel as well. Nice comfortable hammocks. Cons: Expensive and felt "nickled and dimed". $65 for group soaks. Spent $50 on lunch, and they require people to rent the robes for an additional $20. They also run out of lockers sometimes, so in that case, you've got to put your valuables in your car (parking is also not great/limited). I asked that my robe rental be comped because we had to store our stuff in our hot cars, and the assistant manager wouldn't budge. We also waited quite a while to be seated in the restaurant and a number of other groups were waiting as well -- even one that had reservations. Advice to management: If you run out of lockers, reduce the price of something or give a customer more. As an example, forsake the $20 robe rental fee if you are not delivering the full experience and are putting the customer out (this is not Motel 6). Make sure the restaurant is properly staffed - even in between lunch and dinner rushes. Advice to customers: Bring your own robe! Expect to drop at least $150 there, if you eat anything. Call ahead to see how busy they are -- probably best to go in the middle of the week (not Friday or the weekend). I was there on Friday at 12:15P and it was packed. No chairs were available by the pools.

I found this gem of a place off Yelp and am happy to add another 5 star review for this wonderful…read morespa! My mom and I were planning a weekend in Santa Fe and always get a massage when we visit. I called Kerstyn a few days before our visit to see if she could fit my mom and I in for us both having a massage done at the same time. She was able to quicky get another massage therapist (female which I had requested) and called me to let me know that we could get in for an hour massage each. The day of the massage my mom and I arrived and met Kerstyn and Aubry who was the other massage therapist. My mom wanted deep tissue work and I selected traditional. There were two tables set up in the massage room which was fine with my mom and I as we have shared a room for double massages many times. Kerstyn worked on my mom and Aubry worked on me. The massages were WONDERFUL. My mom has had MANY massages in her life and stated that the deep tissue massage she got from Kerstyn was probably the best she ever had. I thought Aubry was wonderful and I fully enjoyed my massage. As I mentioned before, my mom and I have been to Santa Fe before and we have had massages at both Ten Thousand Waves and Bishop's Lodge and we both thought the massages we got with Kerstyn and Aubry were as good if not better than others. This spa doesn't have the hot tubs and spas and other things like some of the higher end places so if you are looking for that kind of experience you may be better off going to one of the larger spas. However, if you want a really good massage at a very reasonable price then I would highly recommend this place. My mom and I would for sure book here again the next time we come to town!

They have seating outside sort of rooftop area for before and after your time here, nice and quite. Plenty of things to buy, gifts, skincare, jewelry. I went for the 85 min massage, so badly needed it, so was super excited to finally get one. Erica my masseuse was amazing, she dug in deep in places, and I was like ouch but in a good way, great tension relief, and she listened when I said no oil in my hair!! Very relaxing at the same time, she was great to let me just enjoy it, not talk too much, because I didn't want to. The hot towels at the end on my feet were amazing and a great ending. I asked to concentrate on certain areas and she did, very much enjoyed this service and my time here. They have a nice clean space and a changing area and lockers for your personal items. Very friendly staff. My friend had the dancing feet reflexology and neck and shoulder massage and said hers was awesome too. Only thing was it was noisy in the hallway and I could constantly hear someone talking, but I didn't let that take away from my massage. Overall I would highly recommend this spa. Great experience. Erica was amazing!

Mountain roads, I'm 4 months pregnant, up and down in the airplane, I was getting flush in the face, sweating and vomiting. I thought it could be a combination of the trip and pregnancy (although I've never been sick through the pregnancy). Our hotel manager recommended the oxygen bar at our orientation. After a nap and no recovery I made an appointment. I did 1 hour of oxygen with massage. The massage is more raeki/ pressure point. Not Swedish. He worked on my hands, feet, neck and face. Massage was B+. A+ would of had more neck and shoulder rubbing. The oxygen made me feel better in the first 15 minutes. It is WELL worth it!! I'm thinking of going back this morning (day 2) for a short oxygen treatment. 2 drinks were included with the $145 treatment. One before and one after. The mojito with chlorophyll was good. Thanks to the staff and Michael for staying late to help me feel better. The treatment literally saved my vacation.

There was a sign telling clients to go to the Apothecary restaurant to let them know you were there for an appt. I did this and was informed that the spa owner was not on site. The hostess at the restaurant called the spa owner for me and I was informed that she would not be available for the appt. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had. On top of that, there is construction going on and you have to go downstairs to access the spa area. The spa is dated and does not look "healing" one bit.
