Terrible experience at this salon. i scheduled an appointment for a simple blow out and was told…read moreduring that conversation that someone with experience with blow drying hair extensions would do my hair. when I arrived for my appointment no one there seemed to know about the appointment. so they tell me this woman will do my blow out. she was very rough during the shampoo process, including getting my face soaking wet. I have bond hair extensions and she actually damaged them as well as my natural hair during this blow out. she used very high heat during the blow dry then proceeded to flat iron it to add curl literally burning pieces of my hair. I will never step foot in this unprofessional salon again. and neither should you if you want to keep your hair healthy.

The other girl (Patricia I believe) doing my daughters hair though was quite the contrary. My daughter shows her a picture of exactly what she would like done. Now because I know that it can sometimes take a few appointments to attain the look your looking for, I specifically ask her if this could be done in that sitting since we would be attending a wedding out of state later that month. She assured me it could be done. Not only did it NOT look like the picture she continued to argue with both me and my 15 year old daughter that she did the best she could! What?! She did not offer to correct the color which would've been the right thing to do. However what upset me the most was her attitude towards us. To start off, I had a really bad experience with a salon a previously and haven't been to one for a few years. I was content with doing my hair myself which unfortunately resulted most times in my hair not being done and massive split ends. I came here to begin the process of nurturing my hair back to health and getting back on track to growing my hair out. Also, I am natural and was having a hard time managing my hair. I was greeted by the shop owner (I totally forgot her name- sorry!!!) who was extremely pleasant, told me exactly what I needed to get back on track. I got the protein treatment, a trim and a silk press. My hair was flowing beautifully. It looks a little thin in the pics due to my negligence of putting in extensions myself and not properly caring for it - but I felt confident that's gonna change with time in coming to the shop. I didn't have to wait long as the shop owner was finishing up a client. Plenty of parking and she takes her time in getting to know your hair. Overall- 5 star treatment !!
