(MD Medical Tower MWC)…read more Location: At the corner of Reno Ave and Midwest Blvd, behind the Midwest City (MWC) library, MWC Police Dept, MWC Community Center, and MWC PO; east of Walgreens. Bldg: The medical Bldg is a 4-story, tan/beige brick Bldg. Everything inside is also a bland tan/beige with a 70's look. There is one location for the 2 sets of elevators, after you come in the back parking entrance. They are relatively normal speed. Hand sanitizer provided after you enter Bldg. The Bldg is clean minus some trash like drink bottles and plastic that rude lazy people left instead of taking to throw in the trash cans or take back to their car to dispose of their own trash. Lobby: there are cushioned chairs & couches to sit in spaced out, but not really arranged in a Covid19 kind of 6-feet apart, feng shui we've all come to know and love ( not-we hate it). There is space in the middle so they should move the chairs around better. There's also a podium platform where I guess they can have Bldg meetings or if you're crazy, I guess you can get on it and sing and dance for people as they wait and entertain them with your kind of crazy. There are paintings along the walls to add some color to the bland, beige walls. Parking: Plenty of parking spaces and a few handicap spaces. ****PS: please for the love of God and humanity and actually being a kind and considerate person, please only use the handicapped parking spaces if you or anyone in your car is actually physically handicapped; meaning you need a wheelchair, walker, or cane and have trouble walking. Don't use your handicap parking sticker if you have a broken arm but can walk easily or just because you had a broken arm or leg in the past or have a family member who has the sticker but you have it in your car and they aren't with you, and you just want to get a close parking spot. Don't use it when you're being pathetically lazy and privileged and expect the real handicapped to have to walk further and take longer and be in more pain because your only handicap is that you're LAZY, SELFISH, PATHETIC, and PRIVILEGED. I see this everywhere and it makes me so mad. Be glad I don't have a Humvee as I might have to be a citizen police and "move" your car for you, then your car would be handicapped like your brain. Medical: There are doctors and clinics for allergy, digestive, heart, cardiovascular, etc. Bathrooms are located on 1st floor behind lobby seating. Beautiful venue filled with Oklahoma history from the foundation to the rooftop. The property sits…read moreon the edge of historic Heritage Hills near Midtown OKC, so the location is quite perfect! The Hall of Fame is perfect for special events, receptions, parties and even school field trips. There are often free admission days during the summer so you can pack up the kids and show them all the amazing people that come from our great state - the motto is "Telling Oklahoma's Story Through Its People". We attended a sold out event for Oklahoma Craft Breweries and the event took place on the 4th floor. It was comfortable and modern, but also felt sold out...it was really crowded and lots of folks mingling and standing around. We wanted to try at least one sip from each of the exhibitors, but the constant dodging shoulders and excuse-me's kinda seem not worth it. I would say this event was a huge success and could either be split over two floors or held in a larger space. The catering was great and featured a wide assortment of small bites from chicken and waffles to bbq pork sliders and mini hot dogs.

The admin building is named after Dr. Larry Nutter, who was the president while I attended. I noticed the baseball team was out practicing as well. All of the sports fields are extremely upgraded from the past. Looks like they have even added some dorm rooms. Good place to get your basics out of the way.

Mr. Means is a great instructor. One of my favorite classes to attend and helped me teach others at…read moremy new job since I adopted how he taught. His classroom was a relaxed environment where I could focus on my work and enjoy my music without disturbance. He offered opportunities for creativity and freedom for students to make calls on their projects. When I was nearing to exit the program, he gave me some reality checks about how the world would be outside of class and how it would be owning my own place. Mr. Means gave me good life skills and drafting skills and because of that, I was able to start my own business going successful for 2 years.
