I was never able to submit the info they required for the "intake" form and, in frustration, I told the ai bot to cancel the order. The bot said ok but I have to pay $50 processing fee. I did not want to buy a prescription that was sold to me without the prescriber knowing my current other supplement. So I did tell the bot to cancel it. It agreed to do so. I immediately got an email stating I would hear back from their review of my the situation within two business days and not to call them. The charge for $539.00 was shown as pending. Two days later I received email that cancelling was not an option since my "intake" information had already been submitted. Now they are impossible to get on the phone. I called through the initial contact number and all roads lead to email.
