Dr. Schwartz is very personable, especially if you can talk to him about golf. He recently welcomed his daughter and her husband, both dentists, to his practice. They are investing in top of the line equipment for x-rays and cleanings. They are also Invisalign certified. The appointments are always on time and they are very respectful of your time. If you do have oral work to be done, the rooms offer television, and you're handed the remote, to make the most of your time in the chair.

I've been going to Dr.Z and his staff since he was at Crittendon, and I absolutely would not go…read moreanywhere else. I've gotten surgery, fillers, and non-invasive procedures (facials, microneedling) and have never had anything but a wonderful experience. I've referred people here and they always have wonderful things to say. As a background, I have been to other plastic surgeons and medspa businesses both in and outside the area and have never felt as comfortable as I do here. Dr.Z is patient, friendly, and honest. He will tell you what is realistic for your goals. The staff is great, too, and they even know my voice when I call on the phone. The one not so good experience I had was with a microneedling procedure with PRP (I'm not good with blood draws, so it was more my own fault), but they wanted me to have a positive experience and treated me to a complimentary facial the next time I came in. As for all the negativity, I really don't get it, other than there always will be those few disgruntled people. Not every surgeon is for everyone, and that's ok. However, i can't speak for other areas, but I have never been to one plastic surgeon who does not charge a fee for an initial COSMETIC consult (maybe the talented physicians in Beverly Hills are just so prevalent, or they're so rich they can spend time on free consults day in and day out). This fee can be applied to a procedure, and I've always thought that was standard practice. Dr. Z also works with residents, so it's usually him, a nurse, and a resident in the room. The future surgeons and doctors have to learn, too. I found him on RealSelf, where there are lots of reviews. I would also encourage you to look him up on Instagram or Facebook. Again, every surgeon is not for everyone but i personally would not trust anyone else working on my face after the service I've had here.
