The whole process went very smoothly. The trays took about a few weeks to get back after the first appointment which was quick. The process to attach the little attachments used by Invisalign was also painless. Her staff and assistants are super professional but also make you feel comfortable which is big for me since I usually get super anxious at the dentist. Since getting the aligners, whenever I've had questions or concerns, Dr. Mansour and her staff have been quick to get back to me. Even the billing/financial lady is awesome. She made the whole process of setting up payments relatively simple and did a good job of making me laugh. They have lots of options so I wouldn't be put off by any preconceived notions on pricing. All of that was explained thoroughly at my consult visit. Can't say enough good things about the whole process. PS If you have a smartphone the trayminder app is great at reminding you when to put the aligners back in and change them. Lots of useful features. And design an Invisalign maintenance go bag!
