Some salsa and lemon will do the trick. Aquachille de Camaron takes little bit of work. Grab a tortilla, get a scoop of the shrimp, onions, peppers and avocado, squeeze some lemon and just go for it. It's fresh and has a kick. Their favorite item from what I saw other people order were Mojarra Entera (grilled fish) and Pulpo ala Parrilla (grilled octopus).
