Even so, the workers often didn''t show up, I think, because of low morale and so, the project took much longer to complete. At the end, the owner had to do the final work himself with my help. I actually had to force the owner to do the finishing touches by threatening to pay less. The owner-manager is his own worst enemy. I do not recommend this business unless you enjoy constantly arguing with the owner over broken contractual agreements and attempts to cut corners.
