Tow service took over an hour and a half to be done. Dispatch took 30 minutes to call me back once I had already paid even when they said Dispatch would call back immediately. Tow truck driver actually told me that dispatch was delayed in releasing a driver for my case, and the driver himself was not good. Have now also called 4 separate times over 3 weeks asking about a receipt and have never received it. Horrible service all around. DON'T use them. read more

everything was good at the start, i gave him my money and he came to us within 30 minutes. but he was joking and being unserious the whole time making jokes when i was very frustrated that i had 4 SLIT TIRES. my lug nuts were pertectly fine never had an issue with them, after he messed with it one of them became lose and needs to be hammered out. he should be the one fixing it and he's still throwing prices. me and my friend didnt leave the location till 1:30am. and when he sent the towing truck he wasn't even there. read more

Hit a pot hole on my way home and needed help changing my tire since I definitely don't know how to change it myself with the tools provided with my car. My boyfriend came to help, but he has a hurt arm and got one lug off and couldn't continue with the others. Called multiple tow truck companies late at night around 10ish and no one answered. I called Nick's company and he answered right away. He asked for half up front which is understandable and told me he would be to my location by 30 minutes. He got to my location right when he said and got the job done within 5 minutes. Very courteous and even checked my spare tire pressure to make sure I got to my destination safely. WOW! I don't even know how to thank Nick for all his help. I had a blowout on the freeway while driving to take my daughter to the hospital for surgery. I l ft my car on the side of the road and got in an Uber. Needless to say, I was a bit stressed out. I called Nick from the hospital who told me to meet him at my car and he would take care of the rest! He changed my tire and calmed me down. He was so helpful and polite to me while I was frantic to get back to the hospital.
