Before coming here, we called around and no shop carries RF tires in-store since these tires are special order. Diego helped us out today. Even though this shop didn't have the tire we were looking for, we got a used one that was sufficient enough for us to get back home safely to Temecula. I have to say, I was extremely surprised at how fast and easy this was!! We weren't even there for 20 minutes and it was a done deal!! I've never been to a tire shop for less than an hour!! Love it!! The tire was super cost efficient, Diego provided excellent friendly service, and the wait was not even long at all!! High key, they get a lot of business here and I can see why. When we were leaving, 4 more cars pulled up behind us. I was pleasantly delighted and so grateful for stumbling upon this hidden gem!! Highly recommend this shop!! Thank you Gomez Tires for exceptional & super fast service!!

The lovely gentleman that helped me I believe his name was Aaron told me very sweet but plainly that it would be better for me to get a used tire installed. He said the one I had was good but the total price to do it would be around the same price as just getting better used tire. I was happy that he cared enough to tell me that he said I could to the change if I wanted but showed me the tire he could replace it w and for a 5 dollar difference I agreed that he was right. After the very fast maybe 10 minute interaction I was on my way w a new/used tire and was given some information so I could get a different rim fixed if I pleased. 10/10 will be coming back for any of my tires needs and it's super close!

I went in just two days ago and spent over $400 on four new tires. Almost immediately, my rear…read moretires started making a thumping noise -- a sound my car has never made before. I returned to the shop hoping they could simply balance the tires and fix the issue. Instead, I was met with excuses. They kept insisting it must've been a "pre-existing" issue that's only now noticeable with the new tires. Convenient. During the inspection, they broke off one of my lug nuts -- and didn't take any responsibility for it. No apology, no offer to make it right, no discount, nothing. Clearly, it was over-tightened during the initial install. After rebalancing the tires, the noise magically disappeared -- proving the issue was with the install all along. Not a great experience. Poor accountability, no customer care.

She made sure that the quote would be tied to my existing account. Online booking is super simple and straightforward. After arriving and checking in, the tech started working on the job. It truly is like watching a well honed pit crew going to work. They were in between customer cars at the time so everyone jumped in to help get the job moving. Caleb, the tech that was assigned my car, is thorough and worked on this rather simple job as if he working on his own car. TPMS are tricky and if you don't dismount the tire bead just right you could damage them. He was efficient and thorough. Hats off to this crew, they took care of a puncture I had on my previous car and this is why I come back to them now.

I've used multiple brand name companies for oil changes and many were basic at best - with the standard oil change and fluids top off (one place lost 2 bolts and another one didn't even screw in the oil filter properly so half the tank leaked on my driveway). Here at Mountain View Tires, they went above and beyond. I came in with a Groupon and they did a very thorough job checking the brakes, fluids, and did a tire rotation as well! While doing a basic maintenance inspection, they found some problems and explained everything very clearly. It totally slipped my mind I forgot to replace the front brakes where I only did my rear ones prior. They were able to replace my front brake pads and rotors within the same day! The price is very reasonable and they even threw in some coupons! There's also a warranty for 12k miles for the work. All in all, a very good job. I think I just found my new shop to keep my little Miata well maintained and running :) So thank you!
