DECEPTIVE BILLING PRACTICES -- BE CAREFUL BEFORE SIGNING ANY AGREEMENT…read more After years of being a loyal member with no issues, I was suddenly charged an additional $19.50 fee with no notice or explanation. When I asked about it, I was told it was a "glitch in the system" that overcharges customers -- but that I'd need to talk to the manager to resolve it. To prevent future problems, I even put a new card on file. Before following up, I contacted my bank (Chase), and they confirmed there was no reason my recurring payment -- successfully processed more than 28 times -- should have declined. When I spoke with the manager (Andrew), he gave multiple conflicting explanations: first a system glitch, then a bank issue, then a declined card, and finally said he had no control because billing is through ABC Financial. When I asked how the issue would be fixed, I received no clear answer or solution. Instead, the manager became aggressive and ended the conversation by yelling: "GET THE F*** OUT, IT'S TOO EARLY FOR YOUR BULL****." Immediately, I asked again to speak with the owner or anyone capable of addressing the situation. I even reached out through social media. After one month, radio silence. Today, I received another notice: my card supposedly "did not go through," and there is no a $9.50 late fee and another $19.50 charge added on top. I'm genuinely disappointed. If the business needs to raise prices, be honest about it -- don't hide behind deceptive billing practices or "system glitches." I enjoyed being a member, but I can't support a company that refuses accountability, overcharges loyal customers, and treats them disrespectfully.

My favorite is Kenta! The equipment is all state of the art and it's not crowded so I can jump from exercise to exercise quickly. I love the protein shake flavors they offer here and they are very cheap too. Since joining I was able to lose 20lbs and Im feeling stronger with every workout. The price isn't bad either, most people who take their health seriously should definitely invest here given all the amenities they offer. If you are the casual gym goer and go the gym once a month maybe this isn't for you, but if you want to see progress then definitely check this place out!

I showed up right at 6 AM when they opened, only to walk into locker rooms that were clearly not cleaned overnight. The smell alone should've been the warning sign. Lockers were dirty, toilets had visible skid marks and urine on the seats, sinks were clogged, and there wasn't a drop of soap to be found. Shower floors? Completely pooled with water and littered with pubic hairs and old band-aids--seriously disgusting. You'd think first thing in the morning would be the cleanest it gets, but apparently not here. The equipment is all self-wiped, so don't expect any actual sanitation from staff. For $25 a month, you get a front-row ticket to a potential infection, not a fitness experience. I was confronted by a male member who appeared to be upset about what was written on my shirt\. Whatever his personal disagreement may have been with the message, I believe I have the right to peacefully wear clothing expressing my views, provided that the message does not violate a legitimate, neutral facility rules. I did not threaten this individual, make threats against anyone, or engage in conduct intended to cause harm\. I also dispute any characterization of my shirt or my expression as "slander\." Slander generally concerns a false spoken statement about another person that causes legally cognizable harm; merely wearing a shirt containing an opinion, political statement, or other expression is not automatically slander. More importantly, I am concerned about the broader pattern of what I perceive as interference with my rights. On a prior occasion, I believe a woman interfered with my ability to pray. I now feel that I am being confronted over what I choose to wear and express on my clothing. These incidents have caused me to question whether I am being treated differently because of my religious beliefs, identity, or viewpoint.
