I have very expensive shoes from Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Brasil and they keep them looking like they are new. I have had heels and soles replaced numerous times over the years and a 20 year old pair of shoes looks like they are brand new. As far as alterations, I've used their services for altering pants, suit jackets, and repairs to shirts when I needed buttons replaced. I've never had any issues with getting my belongings when they say they will be ready for pickup. I'll continue to use the Norcross location as long as they are open and as long as I have dress shoes that need fixing up.

I questioned the workmanship and she said they didn't have that color polish, light tan, but I could use nail polish, what? I'd have never paid for repair if I'd known they couldn't fix the color.
