The couple areas we were sad about is: AC was either off or not working which made it really hot in the building because, it's a brick building it radiated heat inside. Also it was obvious a few rooms were in transition changes... which made us sad cause one room I was looking forward to was a purple room with a bike and we got there no bike. Also they had transitioned their swing room from yellow to pink which I wasn't necessarily sad about but my besties favorite color is yellow so I had hyped up this room only to not have it for our photos. So all in all I would definitely go back so I could see what new things they do with some of the rooms! And the customer service spot on! I think it would be wise if they put on their gallery photos rooms subject to change! Just so people know they may not get a certain room everytime. BUT GO HAVE FUN CHECK THEM OUT!! Calling Lauren a wedding planner is an incomplete characterization. Lauren is a visionary, stylist, and strategist who is able to both design events and execute the logistics and tactics flawlessly. My husband and I (and our families) worked with Lauren for about 15 months to plan our recent Richmond, VA wedding for 170 guests at an outdoor venue. The entire process was not only painless but fun. As a super type A person, I was not sure I'd find a planning partner who would meet my micromanaging expectations. But Lauren was incredibly organized from Day 1 (I appreciate a good folder structure and Google Doc). She also made planning FUN!
