I receive psychiatric services, breast health wellness, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy through the hospital and network. I am fortunate to have an incredible neurologist and team.I have been hospitalized both at Cedar Crest and LVHN Muhlenburg. The physicians and staff including nurses, team partners, etc. all have taken the time to understand me and my changing needs. The pharmacy within this hospital offers a "drop box" safe zones to leave used and or expired meds. The volunteers brighten up the hospital. And the food is pretty decent, as well. My experience has been about 93% positive. I recommend this stellar hospital. The staff, drs, nurses and care teams have made huge positive impacts on my life. Thank you.

The drug reps also seem to like him, as he's got a sample of everything...great when you're trying different drugs trying to find a good combination to fix you. Downside (or maybe an upside, I guess) is that his billing people are forever slow. Four months after my first appointment, they had never billed me for what was left after insurance. I finally asked about it and they printed me a statement. I guess he doesn't really need the money. :-p. I just don't like having a pile of medical bills...who knows if they'll just forget to bill me one day and turn it over to collections since it's so old.

I was previously in a large group practice for primary care. You know, the type with 8 doctors, automated phone tree, large staff, part of a large hospital network, etc. Sounds great, right? Except no one knew anything about me any time I had a visit. The doctors often had their hands on the door when they asked, "Do you have any questions for me?" - I always felt rushed and never spent more than 3 minutes in contact with a provider. I was a number. When I walk into Dr. Corba's office, I'm greeted by name every time. Dr. Corba is always extremely responsive with any questions/concerns I have. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. And how many other Doctors provide their cell phone number to their patients? Recently, I had some questions about my son, who was not a patient at the time. At the end of a checkup with Dr. Corba, I mentioned something in passing. She talked me for 15 minutes about my questions and concerns for someone who was not even her patient. That's more time than his pediatrician spent with me talking about the same issues. She is always digging, always trying to find the root cause. While traveling, Dr. Corba has diagnosed/provided a treatment plan over the phone or worked with Doctors she knew in the area and set me up with a visit. On top of this, she provides most common prescriptions right in her office. No extra stops at the pharmacy. And it's CHEAP. And by cheap, I mean cheaper than the gas it would take you to drive to the pharmacy! Check out Dr. Corba and check out the primary care model.

Then se told my doctor a lie that I threw my copay at her which was far from the truth. I laid it on the desk next to the computer she was typing on at the time I gave my copay. It seems pretty much every time I go in there for a appointment they have a different receptionist. Then when my doctor came in my room she had an attitude towards me because of this lie the receptionist ran and told her. This place has gotten worst since doctor Bonacorssi retired. Be aware.

The layout of the office is very clean with a modern touch. Just remember that the office is street level so parking street side would be better off if you were like me with excruciating pain. If you park in the assigned parking lot you will have to climb the stairs and go to the right. I had excruciating pain going down my right leg so, I admitted myself into Lehigh Valley emergency room. They ran blood tests, urinalysis and CAT scan and found nothing. Nor could they infer anything (young doctor I suppose). The next day I went to go see Dr. Paul and he was extremely thorough with what the root cause was but you have to tell him everything so that he can deduce the proper procedure to recovery. I had a strained muscle in my lumbar about three weeks before and did not think that was the root problem since it only took me a day to recover. But, it turned out it was! I can't recommend enough to try to persuade anyone that this is one of the best doctors out there. I know they are hard to find so, I am definitely sticking with Dr. Paul. Give him a try even if you have a current primary care physician. I guarantee you you will not be disappointed.

What a waste of time!!! What legitimate medical facility does this....?!?! The All-Female medical facility had a very "Boss-Girls" demeanor toward me and very authoritative conduct & unprofessional tone with me, especially the woman who claimed to be the facility "director". The Director of this unethical and unscrupulous medical facility took payment and started the exam, but later during the exam decided not to follow through with the medical exam. She stated: "that their facility no longer serves the U.S. Merchant Mariners and that the medical form(s) are TOO difficult to process.... (See attached form!) Not difficult at all!!!! Ironically, on the same day, I went to American Family Care nearby, and had a very good experience with their medical professionals, which was $60 less expensive. They (AFC) stated that this form and ALL medical forms for U.S. Merchant Mariners are not difficult. The B.B.B. has numerous bad reviews for Patient First, and none of these reviews are positive, so bad their reviews on BBB, Patient First is NOT BBB accredited!!!! You would would wonder why.... I never had an issue…read more The billing office is -10% Nobody answers the phone, the online portal allows you to put an issue in and ask for a callback, nobody calls back or emails back. You can call the number and leave a message, nobody calls back If you actually wait on the call for an hour, you might get somebody. That person is so rude, does not resolve the issue, places you on hold and doesn't pick up and then disconnect the call. I will not allow my family to go to patient care again because of their billing department. It is absolutely horrendous, and I work in healthcare and never saw anything like it. They withdraw increments of money, without your approval, even though I have an HSA account You can't get the money back because nothing gets resolved
