Said it was Honda policy. So I wait 20 minutes thinking they would fill it with oil an put a little gas in and make sure it would start. Thinking I told the cashier if you are filling it with oil I don't need to buy any. They bring the generator back . I load it in and go camping. We are a ways out of town and it's cold so I go to start the generator. I top it off with gas and the generator won't start. So I check the oil and Sportsman didn't put enough oil in for it to start. Now it's dark and we are a long way from any place to get oil. I was so mad that they had lied to me and made me wait in thier store while they pretended to do something that they didn't do. I would not recommend anybody to shop at Sportsman's Warehouse.
