Randy communicated extremely well, which was very important for all of us! If he was not available for a phone call, text, or email question, or was running a few minutes late, he promptly communicated and gave us times when we could talk. Communication was huge for us, as well as honesty, integrity, quick responses, and great, sound advice during this hectic journey. When we got a bit stressed with all we had to do to get it shown, Randy's kind and encouraging words, (along with his physical help, digging with my husband and friend in the heat of the day) reminded us how lucky we were to have him in our selling corner.
