Wow, where do I begin?! I was desperate for some back…read morerelief last week and I checked out yelp for the massage options in Gahanna. Adams name popped up with 5 solid stars and I was immediately intrigued. His reviews were amazing, for very good reason. Then i saw his prices, for a second I thought this was too good to be true but the reviews were persuading enough for me to give him a call. I left him a voicemail and he returned my call within 10 minutes. Very nice and professional on the phone. He was able to get me in the next day at my time preference. This was amazing. Adam's hands are meant for massage. They are strong and they know just the spots to hit. I had been extremely sore, from daily exercise and neck strain from reading. He spent ample time on whatever spots I asked. My soreness has improved tremendously since I had his massage a week ago. I did not feel nervous or weird around him at all, as a younger woman in a mans house getting a massage. It was a warm and relaxing environment and Adam was very laid back yet professional. There is no question that I am now a repeat customer. With his awesome promotions and flexibility, I may have found my masseuse to go to twice a month...amazing! Thank you so much, Adam! See you soon!

And guess what, guys? Adam is amazing. It was the fastest hour of my life, and I nearly fell asleep. Adam knows how to put one at ease, not just with massage but with his demeanor. I will absolutely be back, and have recommended him to friends already. The fact the first one is only $25 is a huge selling point, and it was $25 well spent to say the least. I messaged him on Yelp and had a massage the next morning. (You may not want to start your day like this, turns out. I was way relaxed but sleepy afterwards, but got a great nap in later:) He is professional, kind, and was helpful to me as a first-timer. I couldn't recommend him more. Just go and let me know how it goes!

In the case of Anton, he is getting my highest endorsement I can give. I just had my first (of many to come) massage. He took a good history and listened to what I said. He is as far from cookie-cutter as possible. I felt like I had a totally customized experience. All through the massage, I felt present and in touch with the experience, even when it hurt a little bit! At the end, I practically floated out of the room. He showed me a stretch he wanted me to do, but I was so blissed out I may have to get a refresher demonstration! I have been looking for a good massage therapist for years. I found several disappointing ones, some decent ones, but Anton is the real deal. I am already talking him up to others. My only hesitation in recommending him is that I don't want the word to get out too much or else I won't be able to get an appointment! He really is that good!

Visually speaking the space is very warm and welcoming... nicely put together to aid in relaxation. I had the pleasure of meeting/ receiving a massage from Dru. My experience at Mindful Moments has completely changed how I view massage therapy!…read more In the past I never would have thought about using massage for everyday wellness. I viewed it as something you treated yourself to on vacation lol. I was so wrong! Massage, done by the right person, can help everyday health issues. I have had sinus/ allergy issues since the 4th grade. Fast forward to this week a bad cold and crazy temperature shifts had left me with a headache for 3 days. The dizziness was starting as was the pain down my neck and the back of my skull. The pressure was terrible! I was heading down the path to a sinus infection ugh. I felt like if I could just rub my face enough it would loosen up. Then the light bulb went off. Could a massage help this ? Is there a sinus massage ? YES and YES! I called my friend Rachel at Mindful Moments. She got me in the next morning and over 24 hours later I am still headache free! Admittedly I was worried about having a head that hurt worked on -but once she started it was Glorious!!! In about 30 min I started to decongest ! Consider adding Rachel to your wellness routine! I'm glad I did.
